The fifth edition of the Celebrity Cricket League is likely to be held from January 10. Sources say that preparations are underway but since stars from eight film industries are to participate, matching their dates has become a herculean task.

Starting from four teams, CCL now has eight teams. Karnataka Bulldozers have won the last two editions of the tournament back-to-back under the captaincy of Sudeep. Most of the matches will be held in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. The schedule is being worked out and an official announcement of the fifth edition will be announced in the next few days, sources said.
