Producer C R Manohar who was one of the producers of Upendra's new directorial venture 'Uppi 2' has backed out of the film due to personal reasons. C R Manohar himself has confirmed that he has backed out of the film and won't be a part of it anymore.

'Usually I produce films on my own. This was the first time that I joined hands to produce a film. However, I could not concentrate on the film because of my prior commitments. That's why I have decided to back out of the film. Though I am not co-producing the film any more, my support will be always there to the movie' says C R Manohar.

Manohar is currently producing other films like 'Vajrakaya', 'Basavanna' and 'Amma'.
