Though the shooting for Sudeep's new starrer which is a remake of 'Attarintiki Daredi' has not yet started, the film is doing a lot of buzz these days because of its casting coup. First it was being said that actress Madhoo of 'Roja' fame will be playing the role of aunt in this film. Later, Prakash Rai was said to join the star cast. Now if everything goes on well, then Kokila Mohan will be making a come back to Kannada screen after a gap of five years.
Director Nandakishore is contemplating the idea of casting Kokila Mohan for a major role in the film. If everything goes on fine, then Kokila Mohan will be playing the role of Madhoo's husband in the film. Nandakishore is also thinking of casting Devaraj for the same role. Who out of Kokila Mohan and Devaraj will be acting in the film is yet to be seen in the coming days.
Meanwhile, the film has two heroines and three heroines have been approached. Hansika Motwani, Sanvi Srivatsav of 'Chandralekha' fame and Rachita Ram have been approached. Which two heroines among the three will be finalised is also matter of suspense as of now.
