Mohan and his brother Shyam who are managing the professionally managed Anand Audio Company says that their recent acquisition Adhdhoori directed by Arjun and starring debutant Dhruv Sarja and Radhika Pandit has met with a wonderful response which has been beyond their own expectations.
"We received the Doc of music composition just a day earlier before the date of the film's audio release, which was planned for Valentine Day's release. Since the audio release function was organised and two big stars like Darshan and Sudeep were the chief guests, we worked overtime to get around 100 audios to be distributed on the stage. But the entire stock of the first set of audio units were sent to units only on last Sunday which had reached the interiors and retail shops only on Monday. The initial response in two days have surprassed our own expections. I checked out even today talking to some shop owners in Belgaum, Hubli, Shimoga and Davanagere and the reaction I have got is that the songs have been liked. Particularly Hoge, Hoge, A B C D and Ammate Songs have caught the imaginiation of the young music lovers. I am sure that the other two songs will also be liked in days to come. May be the way the songs will be picturised will also enhance the popularity of the Audio' says Mohan.
Mohan says that lyrics of the songs have played a major role in the success of the audio as they are trendy with emotion and lyrical strength. Hari Krishna's voice suits such teasing songs. I think the Ammatte song will become as popular as Sakaththagavle in Porki.
He also says that the channel programme on the day of the audio release when both Dhruva and Arjun went to the residence of film celebrities who had love marriages also helped in driving a point that the film is a love story and youth oriented.
The film's director Arjun who has written the lyrics of all the five songs of the film says that each song is situational based which will be more appreciated after the film hits the screens.
