Shooting for the final schedule for Shankare Gowda's new film Varada Naayaka directed by Ayyappa has commenced now. The film is a remake of Telugu film Lakshyam in which Kicha Sudeep is being featured in a special role.   Shankare Gowda is yet to confirm that  Bollywood actress Sameera Reddy is acting as a heroine in this film, though sources close to the film are confirming it.

The shooting of a song of the film is being shot in the big palatial house of producer Shankare Gowda's residence in White Field where Chiranjeevi Sarja, heroine Nikisha Patel and others are participating. Sudeepa is participating in the shooting of the film from March 12.

He will be acting in the role  of  a Police officer in the film.  He will be participating totally for thirty days for the film.  The scope of his  role has been increased in this Kannada remake in which he will have one fight and another song sequence extra.
