The problems surrounding Upendra starrer 'Bramha' release has been finally solved on Wednesday night after financier Madesh accepted to take back the case and not create problems in the future.
Earlier, on Wednesday morning, a financier called Madesh had objected to the release of the film and had said that he will seek justice in the court. Madesh had claimed that he had earlier financed a film called 'Bramha' way back in 1996.
The film starring Ambarish, Prabhakar, Sudeep and others in lead roles was launched in a grand style, but was shelved due to various reasons. But Madesh said that if Upendra starrer 'Bramha' gets released first, then the previous film would be in trouble. So, he had threatened to go to City Civil Court against the release of the film.
But on Wednesday night, a meeting was held in the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce where in both Chandru and Madesh were present. Chandru said that Madesh has decided to take back the case and won't pose any problems for the film's release.
