Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar directed  Breaking News starring Ajay Rao and Radhika Pandit is all set to be released on May 11. Meshtru is ensuring that the film gets censored by the month end to make serious preparations for the pre release publicity of the film.  Right now he is focused on getting the permission from Animal Welfare Board and then proceeds on with the job of getting the censor certificate.  

Breaking News is a satire on the contemporary craze for sensationalising news by the news channels and their  TRP wars which have made even smaller issues getting prime focus.   One special feature of the film is that the film has a number of  comedy actors who have specialised in making the audience  laugh. The film has the support of many top technicians working for the industry like cameraman Krishna Kumar, editor Basavaraja Urs and Art director Arun Sagar.  The audio of the film for which music is composed by Preaveen Stephen has been released.
