Rebel Star Ambareesh has now been handed over the responsibility of finding a solution to the fresh crisis over the release dates of Munirathna produced Kataari Veera Sura Sundaraangi and K.Manju's God Father featuring Upendra in leading roles.  Both the producers are insistent that their production had to hit the screens earlier for reasons that are ascribed by them.

Both the films have special features and are made with rich production values. While Kataari Veera Sura Sundaraangi is a 3 D film and has been made with a huge star cast with top technicians supporting the venture, God Father will feature the film's hero Upendra in three roles for the first time.  The film's music is composed by Oscar award winning music director A.R.Rehman and is directed by Sriram who has worked as a cinemetographer in many Bollywood films including Wanted starring Salman Khan.  

Munirathna's argument is that since he has spent more than fifteen crores on his project and his film will be the first extravagant 3D film made with the state of the art technical facilities, he should be allowed to release his film at the earliest. K.Manju's assertion is that he has launched his film much earlier to KVSS and he should be given preference in deciding anything about the release of two Upendra's films which are now ready for release.

 Upendra who was Holidaying with his family members in Egypt returned to Bengaluru on Thursday morning and was very much interested in solving this contentious issue.  Many top producers like Soorappa Babu, K.C.N.Kumar, Anaji Nagaraj were also involved in confabulations between the warring producers, but both of them struck to their respective stand points. Even Upendra was not able to convince either Munirathna or K.Manju, and had more or less reconciled to the simultaneous release of both the films.  

But some producers still wanted to give some more time to the two producers who are still friends of each others, but have refused to yield to any pressures.  The senior producers requested both Muni and Manju to think and decide about providing some reasonable ground for the negotiators to think of any alternative options.  It was also decided that both the producers will meet Rebel Star Ambareesh to discuss the issue threadbare to arrive at an acceptable solution.

Katariveera film audio was released in a grand style on Thursday evening.
