Dhananjay's new film 'Ratnan Prapancha' independently produced by Karthik Gowda (executive producer of 'KGF') was launched on Monday in Bangalore.

'Rajakumara' and 'Yuvaratna' fame Santhosh Anandaram sounded the clap for the first shot of the film, while Prashanth Neel switched on the camera. Many well known personalities of Kannada film industry including Vijaykumar Kiragandur and others were present at the occasion.

'Ratnan Prapancha' is being scripted and directed by Rohith Padaki of `Dayavittu Gamanisi' fame. Apart from Dhananjay, Reba Monica John, Umasri, Pramod, Ravishankar Gowda and others play prominent roles in the film. Ajaneesh Lokanath is the music director, while Srisha Kudavalli is the cinematographer.
