Nikhil Kumar who had two releases this year in the form of 'Seetharama Kalyana' and 'Kurukshetra' is all set to act in a new film. The new film is all set to January and will be directed by Krishna of 'Phailwan' and 'Hebbuli' fame.

Nikhil had earlier this year had announced that he will be acting in a film to be produced by Lyca Productions, which had earlier produced Rajanikanth's '2.0'. Now the film is finally taking shape and Krishna has been roped in as the director of the film. Krishna has narrated a one liner to Nikhil and the actor is very much impressed and has given a go ahead to start the film.

The new film will be launched sometime in January. Meanwhile, Krishna is busy with the scripting and will announce more details in the coming months.
