Ever since Raambo-2's phenomenal success, fortune seems to be favouring the pretty Ashika Ranganath, who has been the hot favourite for the filmmakers. Days after she signed 'Raymo' being directed by Pavan Wadeyar, she has bagged another one, and this one stars Dynamic Prince Prajwal Devaraj in the lead.

The yet-to-be titled project being directed by P C Shekar of Romeo, Raaga and The Terrorist fame, has revealed that Ashika Ranganath will be playing the female lead in his next starring Prajwal Devaraj. 

"Ashika will be seen in a different role in this one, where she will play the role of a doctor. Unlike her previous characters, this one will showcase her in a serious mode and more than dialogues, expressions will play a major role," says director P C Shekar.

As earlier said, the film will revolve around an underworld gangster, to be played by Prajwal Devaraj, wherein he will be seen in three different shades in the movie. "Unlike the regular underworld subject, this one will be based on undercurrent scenario without the presence of long machetes (macchu/longu)," Shekar concludes.
