Two delayed releases featuring Kichcha Sudeep and Challenging Star Darshan are getting quite a huge buzz in previews and labs which has given rise to some big hopes on these two films.
The first of these two films is Sudeep starrer Mr. Theertha directed by Sadhu Kokila produced by Gopi, Kumar and Sriram. The producers who had earlier made films like Nandi, News and Ekadhantha had faced some financial problems for the release of the film. Though the film is getting released after a big gap the distributors who have seen the film appear to be confident of recovering their dues. Another big plus point is that Aaptha Rakshaka producer Krishna Prajwal and the same film's distributor Basha are supporting the film's release. This has given a great impetus to the production unit as Prajwal is now believed to have the Midas touch.
The second film is Challenging Star Darshan's Boss in which the charismatic actor plays the double role. The film is now in the closing stages of post production and first print may come within a few days. Already the audio ringtones are making it on mobiles. The audio will be out in a few days.
The laboratory technicians working for the DTS and grading of the film say that Boss has come out very well and will be a pucca entertainer with lots of fun and fights. "Darshan fans will enjoy the fights and challenging performance that comes from both the characters he is playing. Tamil actor Shivaji Prabhu's presence has added some attraction to the film' says a lab insider who talks high of the film.
Though Boss got delayed because of many problems, it looks as if the film's release may happen as soon as its first copy is out. The film industry representatives who have seen the film in previews and special shows are speaking very high of Theertha. "Sudeep and Anant Nag have delivered an exceptional performance in the film. The film is sentimental, but yet the comedy sequences are the major attraction of the film' says a film personality who is sure that the film will make it big in the Box office.
Theertha film's producers are claiming that the film will be released after Aaptha Rakshaka completes a hundred day run, as the same distributor is releasing their film. The film may be released on June 4 along with Thamassu. The songs of the film will be on channels in a few days. The produers are planning a grand audio release in the Manthri Mall some time after May 20. They are awaiting Sudeep's green signal for fixing a convenient date. Even director Sadhu Kokila will be returning to Bangalore after finishing shooting of two songs for his present directorial venture Shourya.
