Yogaraj Bhatt who is currently busy with the last leg of shooting for 'Panchatantra' is all set to direct Shivarajakumar in a new film.

Recently, Bhatt and Shivarajkumar had met and have come to a decision to work together. Rashi Bhaskar who had earlier produced 'Andar Bahar' and now Dhananjay's 'Bhairava Geetha' has come forward to produce the film.

The new film will start from November and will be an action thriller. Shivarajakumar will be playing the role of a common man in this film.
