Radio Jockey Rapid Rashmi on Wednesday apologized in front of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce president Sa Ra Govindu for provoking Anup Bhandari and Nirup Bhandari hereby hurting the sentiments of Kannadigas.
Anup Bhandari's latest film 'Rajaratha' starring his brother Nirup Bhandari was released two weeks back and before the release, the Bhandari brothers had participated in a interview with RJ Rapid Rashmi. During the interview, when asked about what will the brothers do if the audience does not watch the film, the brothers had said derogatory remarks. The interview had become viral and the brothers had apologized in social media. Sa Ra Govindu had urged the producers not to attend Rashmi's show.
On Wednesday afternoon, the RJ came over to KFCC and apologized. Rapid Rashmi said she had no intention of hurting anybody's sentiments and if anybody was hurt she would apologies.
