Kiccha Sudeepa did a voice over for the film "Kranit Veera Sangolli Raayanna' in which his friend Challenging Star Darshan plays the title role. KVSR is undoubtedly the costliest Kannada  film ever produced in the history of the Kannada film industry which is produced by Anand Appugol and directed by Naganna who has virtually taken off from directing any other film for nearly four years to direct this Magnum Opus.

"It is a dream film for Darshan sir as well as to me, director Naganna and the film's writer Keshava Adithya. I have not looked at the economics of making this film, as Sangolli Raayanna is a god to me.  I pray to him.  My revolves around the memories of  Rayanna,  the greatest fighter of Indian Independence.  Kiccha Sudeep's voice over to the film is another major attraction of the film. Sudeep's voice will be used in many stages of the film as it progresses with the narration of  Raayanna's journey from being an ordinary person to become a fighter against the Imperialistic oppressive regime.' says Anand Appugol.

Kiccha has tweeted about giving a voice over of the film and has expressed how thrilled he was giving voice over  for his friend's film.

Darshan, director Naganna, Anand Appugol, Keshava Adithya, director Dinakar Toogudeepa and film's distributor  H.D.Gangaraju were also present during the voice over programme of  Kiccha done at Balaji Digi Studios in Abbaiah Naidu studios.

A happy Naganna said that all good things are happening now with regard to KVSR.  Music director Hari Krishna has done a fantastic job in giving the background score for the film.  He has taken lot of interest and both Darshan sir and me are following it up with his background music work.   A big and experienced film distributor like H.D. Gangaraju has obtained the distribution rights of the film.   Now, Kiccha has given the voice over of the film which is sure to enhance the over all quality of the film and its appeal to the audience. We are using Kiccha's voice in various stages of  the film' said Naganna who said that the audio of the film will be released shortly.  A big function will be orgnaised the celebrate this event, Naganna added.
