Sudeep who plays the younger version of Ambarish in 'Ambi Ninge Vayassaitho' joined the sets of the film recently. A Kabaddi fight sequence is being shot at the R S Gowda studios and Sudeep participated in the fight sequence of the film. Ravi Verma is choreographing the stunt sequence.

The film is being directed by Gurudutt Ganiga and the screenplay is by Sudeep. Jack Manju is producing the film under the Kichcha Creations banner.

The film stars Ambarish, Suhasini, Sudeep and others in prominent roles. Arjun Janya is the music director, while Jabeen Jacob is the cameraman of the film.
