Advance booking for the much-awaited Darshan's new film Chakravarthy has started across Karnataka. The film is releasing on April 14. Bookings for the film directed by Chintan started on Sunday in many centres in Bengaluru as well.
Many of the single screen theatres have opened to bookings for all shows from Friday. Bookings in multiplexes is expected to start on Monday morning. Some of the screens in which bookings has started in Bengaluru include theatres like Vajreshwari, Ashoka, Pruthvi, Sharada, Venkateshwara, Vainidhi, Vishal and Vaishnavi.
The film is releasing in over 350 single screens across Karnataka. This will one of the biggest openings for a Kannada film in terms of number of screens. The film will also release in all the multiplexes across Karnataka which would account for atleast 50 more screens.
