Well known comedian Johnny Lever who has acted in comic roles in numerous Hindi films is all set to make his debut in Kannada with a new film called 'Gara'.

'Gara' was launched last week and the film marks the debut of well known news anchor Rehman as a hero.  The film is being written and directed and produced by Muralikrishna. Apart from Rehman and Johnny Lever, Avanthika,  Sadhu Kokila and others play prominent roles in the film.

Manjula Gururaj's son Sagar is the music director, while H C Veni is the cameraman.
