Actor-director Ravichandran's three films was launched on the festival day of Shivaratri.

Among the three films, one film is being directed and produced by Ravichandran himself. The film is titled as 'Rajendra Ponnappa' and the title is derived from Ravichandran's name from 'Drishya'. Ravichandran plays a criminal lawyer in this film.

Apart from this, Ravichandran is acting in a film being directed by M S Ramesh. The film is titled as 'Dasharatha'. The other film is called as 'Bakasura' and is being directed by Navaneeth of 'Karva' fame.

This is the first time that three films of Ravichandran getting launched on a single day.
