After director Nagashekar and stunt master Ravi Verma, one more accused in the deaths of actors Uday and Anil, unit manager Bharat Rao has been given bail by the High Court. He was also in jail for over a month now.

In the statement given to the court, Bharat Rao has said that his duty was to supply food and other essentials for the shooting and he had nothing to do with the shooting of scenes or stunts directly.

Bharat Rao is a senior unit manager and 53 years old. The court has ordered that he secure bail by paying a bond of Rs 1 lakh. Uday and Anil died at the Thippagondanahalli lake during shooting of a stunt scene of the film Mastigudi on November 7th last month.
