The release of Ganesh starrer Mungaru Male 2 has been fixed on the 9th of September. Meanwhile, the team has decided to released the official theatrical trailer of the film in all PVR cinemas from the 22nd of July. Director Shashank himself has confirmed that the film's trailer will be releasing in PVR on Friday.

'Mungaru Male 2' stars Ganesh and V Ravichandran in prominent roles. Neha Shetty and Aindrita Ray are the heroines of the film. Shekhar Chandru is the cameraman, while Arjun Janya is the music director. The film is being scripted and directed by Shashank.
