Murali's new film which also stars Shivarajakumar in a pivotal role has been titled as Mufti and is all set to go on floors in the month of July. Mufti is being written and directed by Narthan and is being produced by Jayanna and Bhogendra under Jayanna Films banner, Ravi Basrur is in charge of the music, while Naveen of 'Kabira' fame is the cinematographer of the film.

Though the actual shoot of the film starts from July, Shivarajakumar will join the sets from August
