Dr Vishnuvardhan and Bharathi Vishnuvardhan were considered as one of the finest pairs on Kannada screen. Now they are being paired once again after 36 years in 'Raja Simha'.

Dr Vishnuvardhan's role is very much inspired from his role from 'Simhadriya Simha' and the actor will be brought to screen through graphics. Another highlight of the film is Dr Vishnuvardhan and Bharathi Vishnuvardhan plays Aniruddh's parents in the film.

The film is written and directed by debutante Ravi Ram and is being produced by C D Rajanna. Nikitha Thukral plays the female lead in the film.
