Raagini Dwivedhi  is the prototypal New Age Indian actress, who is beautiful, assertive, ambitious and bold. She is one of the leading ladies of Kannada film industry today all due to her perseverance and hard work as she has redefined the glamour quotient of  the heroine in the Kannada film industry. Her first release was Veera Madikeri which turned out to be a big success, while she had singed anotherr film called Hori before.
