It took awhile for Srii Murali to roar back on the silver screen after Rathaavara though in between he shared a mass entertainer with Karunada Chakravarthy Dr Shivarajkumar in Mufti. And, the wait is finally over with Bharaate, another complete commercial potboiler for all kinds of audiences.

Director Chetan Kumar has managed to strike a perfect balance over his style of filmmaking and the one which fits good to Srii Murali and his onscreen personality which hit a new high since Ugramm.

With a huge surprise for the audience, especially for Srii Murali fans, Bharaate is tailor-made for the perfect festive season which comprises of a decent story served with cute amount of romance along with fully loaded action and a meaningful end to it. That apart, it highlights the age-old significance of Ayurvedic treatment and how it is still relevant in the present generation.

In addition to it, Sreeleela who made an impressive debut with a Kiss continues to charm with her talent in this one too. While it is a Srii Murali show, it also has a huge list of actors playing the villains, a first of its kind in Kannada movies right from the three brothers - Saikumar, Ravishankar, Aiyappa and many more including Avinash, Sharath Lohitashwa and others.

With regard to the tale, Bharaate revolves around Jagan, who lives with his parents in Rajasthan with his family background gifted with the knowledge of Ayurveda. They use their knowledge to serve the people and not make money out of it. The story leads to several places and is finally set in Badami where he is up against the mighty Ballala family and two others who are thirsty for each other's blood.

What makes Jagan return to the place where it all started and how it ends on a peaceful note is a worthy watch with all the honest work from the Bharaate team with special mention to the dedication of Srii Murali and his perseverance to make it another memorable one in his career.
