Trimurti movie actress Surekha who has acted with Dr Rajkumar has expired due to heart attack in Bangalore. She was aged 66 years and has left behind her sisters Sharadha and Prem who is running a dance academy.

Surekha has acted in movie than 160 movies and she acted in Six movies with Dr Rajkumar. Mannina Makkalu, Sambhrama, King, Shankar Sundar, Alemane, Biligiriya Banadalli are some of the notable movies in which Surekha has acted.

She was a Censor board member and also State Award committee member
