Prem's new film which was earlier titled as 'Hitler' has been changed to 'Gandhigiri'. The film is being directed by Prem's protege Raghu Hassan and is being produced jointly by Vedamurthy and R J Studios.
Earlier, Raghu Hassan had planned to register the title of the film as 'Hitler'. But director-producer Teshi Venkatesh had already registered that title and had refused to give the title to Raghu Hassan. With no other go, the title of the film has been changed to 'Gandhigiri'. The word is derived from Sanjay Dutt starrer 'Lageraho Munnabhai'.
Prem and Arundhati Nag had been roped in to play prominent roles in the film. Now Sharmila Mandre is also part of the star cast. The film is all set to be launched this month itself.
