Sadhu Kokila starrer 'Panganaama' being directed and produced by debutante Guru is in the midst of controversies as a section of the people have criticised the use of the name and symbol and has urged the film team to change the title soon.

Recently, a section of people from Melukote has filed a complaint at the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce regarding the title 'Panganaama' and the symbol used in the title card. The section feels that it is derogatory and not only the title must be changed, but also the symbol must be left from the title card.

Director Guru says that he has no idea of changing the title and will continue with the title and the symbol.
