For several months now, popular director and producer of Kannada small screen B Suresha was known as the producer of Yograj Bhat's first Hindi film. But suddenly on Thursday, two new producers have been announced as producers of Yograj Bhat's Bollywood debut Totaram. But when did B Suresha drop out of the project?
Sources said that the breakup came two weeks ago over the overall budget of the new film. Bhat had estimated the budget at Rs 18 crore which B Suresha felt was too big. So Bhat was left to find another producer for his Hindi film. Bhat and Suresha had worked on the project for nearly a year now.
The two have known each other for over 15 years now. Bhat and Suri started their career working for Suresha's serial before they started their film career with Mani. Bhat and Suresha reconnected with Puttakkana Highway for which Bhat wrote lyrics.
