Srinagara Kitty's new film 'Ae Ram' is all set to be launched on Saturday in Kanteerava Studio in Bangalore. 'Ae Ram' is being produced by Rahul M under the Prime Era Productions and is being directed by Mahesh Arya who has directed films like 'Kolara' and 'Slum'. Mahesh himself has written the story and screenplay apart from directing the film.

Kitty plays the hero of the film while Nayana who has played heroine in 'Bettanagere' has been roped in as the heroine of the film. Yatiraj plays a prominent role in the movie.

S Mahendar's new film 'Paapu' starring Srinagara Kitty and Kriti Kharabanda was launched on at the Anjaneya Temple in Mahalakshmi Layout in Bangalore. S Mahendar himself has written the story and screenplay of the film apart from directing it. Mahendar says it is a fresh love story and will be seen first time on the Kannada screen. Kitty plays a online flower businessman, while Kriti plays a college going girl in this film. The film is being produced by Gangahanumaiah.

Mahendar intends to shoot the film in Bangalore, Ooty, Kerala, Kulu Manali and other places. Apart from Kitty and Kriti, Suhasini, Sharath Babu and others play prominent roles in the film. Jagadish Wali is the cameraman, while Arjun Janya is in charge of the music.

Srinagara Kitty's new film 'Silicon City' which is being directed by Murali Gurappa has been completed silently and the team is looking forward to release the film by this month end.

'Silicon City' was launched in October. The film is the remake of Tamil film 'Metro'. The film tells the story of illegal activities in Bangalore. Apart from Kitty, Suraj Gowda, Kavya Shetty, Ashok, Tulasi Shivamani, Chikkanna and others play prominent roles in the film.

Anup Seelin has composed the music for this film. The audio is likely to be released this week and the team is planning to release the film by the end of this month.

Silicon City is a brave new film. It is special for many reasons. It can be clubbed with the new wave films that is appearing in Kannada in the last two years. It is a remake of the Tamil film Metro but the director has made sure that it connects with Bengaluru and the story has an universal appeal in an urban setting. 

The film starts with an unofficial interrogation where two persons have tied up a third. The film then goes into flashback. A family consisting of mother, father and two sons. A friend of the first son is just like a family member. They are from a middle class income group. The younger son wants to lead a good life and gets into a chain snatching gang. From there the film takes many curious twists and turns. Everybody's life is at risk. How the elder brother and his friend cope up with this menace forms the rest of the story.

Srinagar Kitty, Suraj Gowda and Chikkanna have give superb performances. The film appeals for taking a neo approach for narration. The BGM, cinematography and editing match the intent of the story and its narration technique.

The film is just over two hours long but packs in so much in it. It has all the elements for not only an entertaining but also a film with depth. All the characters come in shades of grey and you cannot call anyone good or bad. The images from the film continues to linger in the mind long after you have watched it. That is the beauty of this film. Enjoy your weekend with this good film.

Srinagara Kitty's New Film Is Silicon City

Prajwal starrer 'Veeram' is sure getting bigger day by day. After, Rachita Ram and 'Shishya' Deepak joined the team as the heroine and the villain, now Srinagara Kitty will also be playing a prominent role in the film.

Recently, the photo shoot of Prajwal and Srinagara Kitty was held in Bangalore and the first look poster of Srinagara Kitty was released on Wednesday on account of his birthday. Though Kitty's role has not been divulged, he is said to play a prominent role in the film.

Veeram' is being produced by K M Shashidhar, who earlier produced Haripriya's 'Daughter of Parvathamma'. 'Khadar' Kumar has scripted the film, along with directing it. More details are yet to follow.

Actor Srinagara Kitty 'Garuda' whose last release was 'Silicon City' has signed yet another film and this time he is acting along side with Siddarth Mahesh in 'Garuda'.

'Garuda' marks the return of Siddarth Mahesh who made his debut with 'Sipayi' with last year's 'Sipayi'. Kitty plays the role of a tough cop in this film. The photo shoot is already done and Kitty will be joining the sets soon.

Aindrita Ray and Ashika Ranganath of 'Crazy Boy' are the heroines. Well known choreographer Dhan Kumar is the director, while Raghu Deekshith who is back composing music for 'Happy New Year' is the music composer.

Actor Srinagar Kitty on Tuesday night released the songs of Vinod Prabhakar's new film 'Crack' at the Dr Rajakumar Kalakshetra in Bangalore. Kitty, Vinod, Akanksha, M S Umesh and others were present at the occaison.

'Crack' which has a caption 'Ivande Separate Track' is written and directed by lyricist turned director K Ramanarayan. It was Ramanarayan, who gave a big break to Vinod through 'Tyson'. Now both Ram as well as Vinod is teaming up once again in this film.

Ramnarayan himself has written the story and screenplay apart from directing it. Anand Priya has written the dialogues for the film. Singer Dr Shamitha Malnad and Chinna have composed the songs for the film.

It's been quite sometime since a film of Srinagara Kitty was launched and now the actor is all set to star in a new film called 'Silicon City'. The film is written and directed by Murali Gurappa and the film will be launched on October 19th at Kanteerava Studio.

The film launch will be attended by V Ravichandran and Shivarajakumar. While V Ravichandran will be switching the camera and directing the first shot, Shivarajakumar will be sounding the clap for the first shot of the film. Lahari Audio's Manohar Naidu will be the chief guest of this function.

Actress Kavya Shetty is the heroine of Srinagara Kitty in the film.

ಇದೊಂದು ಪೊಲಿಟಿಕಲ್ ಥ್ರಿಲ್ಲರ್ ಕಥೆ. ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರದ ಕೊಳ್ಳೇಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯೋ ಕಥೆ. ನಾನೂ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವನೇ.. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಆ ಸೊಗಡು ಇಡೀ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತೆ. ನನಗೆ ಗೌಳಿ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಶ್ರೀನಗರ ಕಿಟ್ಟಿಯವರ ಲುಕ್ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯಿತು. ನನ್ನ ಕಥೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ತಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಿಸಿತು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಮೊದಲ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರನ್ನೇ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡೆ. ಕಿಟ್ಟಿಯವರೂ ಕೂಡಾ ಕಥೆ ಕೇಳಿ ಥ್ರಿಲ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಅರುಣ್.

ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಡೈರೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಆಗಿಯೇ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದವನು ನಾನು. ಬೊಂಬೆಗಳ ಲವ್ ನಂತರ ಕೆಲವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಒಪ್ಪಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡ ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವು ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಕೈ ತಪ್ಪಿದವು. ಈಗ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪ್ರೂವ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳೋ ಸಮಯ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಅರುಣ್. ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರಂತೆ.
