Actress Priya Anand has been roped in as the heroine for Ganesh starrer 'Orange'. The shooting for the film has already been started and Priya will be joining the sets soon.

Ganesh starrer 'Orange' was launched on the 10th wedding anniversary of Ganesh and Shilpa. But the heroine of the film was not yet finalized. Priya Anand who had acted in Puneeth Rajakumar's 'Rajakumara' has finally been roped in as the heroine.

'Orange' is being written and directed by Prashanth Raj. 'Bahaddur' Chethan and Nataraj are writing the songs for the film. S S Thaman is the music director, while Santhosh Rai Pathaje is the cameraman.

Golden Star Ganesh's new film Sundaranga Jana is releasing in 220 screens across Karnataka in Friday. The film is directed by Ramesh Aravind. There is speculation that Ramesh Aravind has played a cameo in the film.

But no one in the film has revealed anything about it. Sources said that Ramesh Aravind will be on screen not just behind it. But if it is only through voice or images is not known. Everyone has kept it a suspense. This suspense will be revealed in a few hours as the film opens up for release.

Ramesh Aravind was not seen on screen in the last film he directed, Uttama Villain, that starred Kamal Hassan.

Ganesh's wife and politician Shilpa Ganesh on Wednesday released the second song of 'Mugulu Nage' at her residence in Bangalore.

It was Shilpa Ganesh's birthday on Wednesday and the team of the film released a song called 'Roopasi' from Shilpa Ganesh. Well known lyricist Jayanth Kaikini, director B Suresha and others were present at the occasion.

'Mugulu Nage' has four heroines and Apoorva, 'Nikitha Narayan, Ashitha and Amulya have acted opposite Ganesh in the film. Apart from that Ananth Nag, Rangayana Raghu and others play prominent roles in the film. Yogaraj Bhatt himself has written the story, screenplay and dialogues of 'Mugulunage'.

Till now well known producer S V Babu was operating from his West of Chord office. Now the producer has opened a new office exclusively for production and distribution purpose. The new office which is situated in Devanga Towers in KG Road was inaugurated on Sunday morning.

The inaugural function was attended by Ramesh Aravind, Ganesh, KFCC president Sa Ra Govindu, secretary M G Ramamurthy, vice-president Umesh Banakar, Saikumar, Arjun Janya, Sadhu Kokila and others.

Not only the SV Productions and Distribution circuit, but SV Publications, editing Suite will also be shifted to the new building.

The script pooja for Yogaraj Bhatt's new film starring Ganesh was held recently. Now the pre-production of the film is almost over and the team is ready to go for shooting. Meanwhile, Yogaraj Bhatt is seriously searching for heroines for Ganesh in this film.

The new untitled film has four heroines and Yogaraj Bhatt is planning to introduce a couple of heroines along with some experienced ones. So, Yogaraj Bhatt is all set to audition few girls who are between the age group of 19 and 24. The audition will be held on the 27th and 28th of this month. After the heroines are selected, the film will go on floors.

The new film is jointly produced by Golden Movies as well as Yogaraj Movies. Details about the rest of the star cast and technicians are yet awaited.

The first lyrical video of Ganesh starrer 'Geetha' was released last week. Now the second lyrical video of the film has been released in the Anand Audio channel of You Tube.

The second lyrical video called 'Helade Kelade' sung by Rajesh Krishnan and Ananya Bhatt was released at 5 PM. Ghouse Peer has written the lyrics of the song and Anup Rubens has compo send the music for the film.

'Geetha' stars Ganesh, Sanvi Srivatsav, Pragya Martin, Sudharani, Devaraj, Rangayana Raghu, Achyuth Kumar and others in prominent roles. The film is written and directed by debutante Vijay Nagendra. The film is jointly produced by Shilpa Ganesh and Syed Salam.

The beautifully talented actress Shanvi Srivastava has thanked the producer and the team of Geetha for understanding her plight, which she recently expressed it through an appeal on the social media. 

Following her appeal, the producers of the Salam including golden star Ganesh had expressed their regret for not informing the actress about the deletion of a song featuring her along with the actor in the movie. They said that they had to do it while keeping in mind the duration of the movie and that they should have informed the actress about it. The team said that they spent over 30 lakhs for the making of the song and it also featured Ganesh in it too.

After the clarification from the Geetha team, Shanvi has made it clear that her appeal was not just with regard to Geetha movie but was a matter of concern from similar such circumstances from the past which she had experienced it. She has thanked the producer for understanding her plight and hopes that such a similar situation does not resonate in future with any actors.

She also wishes everyone a Happy Dasara on the occasion.

Shilpa wife of actor-director 'Golden Star' Ganesh has given birth to a baby boy in Bangalore on Thursday. Shilpa was recently admitted to Cloud Nine Hospital in Bangalore and on Thursday afternoon she has given birth to a baby boy. This is one of the Ganesh's best film in the last several years. PC Shekar who directed him in Romeo is back with another comedy film. There is double the fun this time as Ganesh essays a dual-role. It is a wholesale masala film. In one role Ganesh is a drugs thief. In the other role he is an innocent youngster trying by merit to become a policeman. When their paths meet, it is loads of confusion and fun. 

Style King has both style and substance. In two roles, Ganesh has managed to give double the entertainment for audience. He has modulated the voice differently for the bad-boy role. He has also managed to get the body language different. This helps differentiate and appreciate both the roles. 

It is Malayalam actress Ramya's first film in Kannada. This film has the love track inside the main plot. So she has limited scope. But in whatever role she has, she manages to make her mark.

This is a comedy and action film rolled into one. The main actors for comedy are Sundar Raj, Rangayana Raghu and Sadhu Kokila. They tickle the funny bone. 

The plot revolves around a stolen cache of drugs. Many villains are behind it. But it has the knack of always falling into wrong hands. The story takes many twists and turns but it is mostly for the sake of joining the incidents into a compromise. It is not a plot driven effort but an attempt to create magic without logic. But it helps to make the film enjoyable. 

Style King also has a good team of technicians. The music, photography, background music, editing and rerecording provide stability.  It is a film to enjoy with friends and family.

Ramesh Aravind has turned out to be a very good director. He has moulded the film's story to his ideas and created a good film. With the aid of superb camera work, crisp editing and beautiful music by Ajneesh, he had made a film that is going to win many hearts. 

The story starts with a 30 year old who is not yet married because he has the problem of forgetting his work when something new comes up. He loses a marriage proposal due to this. But he ends up loving the same girl whose father has rejected him. How he manages to win both the girl and her father's hearts is told in a funny way in this film.
