Mansore's new film 'Act 1978' which started last year is complete and has already been censored with a 'U' certificate. Now the team is planning to release the film soon and the release date of the film will be announced on the 01st of November.

'Act 1978' is a social thriller and though Mansore does not divulge any details about the film, the film showcases how the downtrodden is oppressed in society.  T Mansore has written the story apart from direction and K Dayanand and Veeru Mallanna have helped Mansore in the screenplay and dialogues.

'Act 1978' stars Yajna Shetty along with B Suresh, Pramod Shetty, Shruthi, Dattanna, Achyuth Kumar, Sampath, Sharanya and others. Devaraj is the producer, while Satya Hegade is the cameraman.

The team of 'Act 1978' had earlier announced that the film will be released in the month of November, but had not specified the date. Now the team has officially announced that the film will be releasing on November 20th and has already released the theater list. 

Earlier, the film was censored with a 'U' certificate and while Shivarajakumar had launched the only song of the film, Puneeth Rajakumar had released the trailer. The trailer is already much appreciated and is trending in You Tube.

'Century Star' Shivarajakumar on Sunday released the only song of Mansore's new film 'Act 1978'. The actor, apart from releasing the song, wished the team a huge success.

One of the highlights of the song is, it  is shot in various parts of Karnataka and features common people. The song is written by Jayanth Kaikini and composed by Rahul Shivakumar. Kadabagere Muniraju is the singer.

It's been only last week since a new Kannada film was released after the Central Government gave permission to start the screening of films from October 15. Though the screening was started in October itself, some old and already released films got re-released on a testing basis.

After a month, 'Act 1978' was released in theaters last week and the film is being screened to house full shows. With the audience coming slowly to theaters, its a big boost for other film makers to release their films.

This week three new films including 'Arishadwarga', 'Gadiyara' and 'Mukhawada Illadavanu' is being released in theaters across Karnataka. 'Arishadwarga' stars Samyukta Horanad, Avinash and others. Sheetal Shetty, Yash Dhetty, Suchendra Prasad and others have acted in 'Gadiyara', while 'Mukhawada Illadavanu 84' comprises fully of newcomers.

ಮಂಸೋರೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಆ್ಯಕ್ಟ್ 1978, 50 ದಿನ ಪೂರೈಸಿದೆ. 2020ರ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 20ರಂದು ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಚಿತ್ರ ಅರ್ಧಶತಕ ಬಾರಿ ಮುನ್ನುಗ್ಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದು ಒಂದು ಚಿತ್ರದ ಸಕ್ಸಸ್ ಎನ್ನುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಮಿಗಿಲಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ಟಾನಿಕ್ ಎನ್ನಬಹುದು.
