A group of friends go on a trekking expedition. There is nothing suspicious as they encounter the usual type of people anyone travelling would expect. There is a funny conductor of the bus, a suspicious worker at a street food stall and all the usual suspects. But director Seeni keeps the suspense till the end. Though there is ample evidence of what the secret is, the audience are not able to piece it together as the suspense is maintained very nicely. 

The second half of the film is an investigation into the missing persons in a trekking. The film shows the real way in which police and investigating agencies go about their task. There is suspense about who is responsible for the missing trekkers. They are lost in a place without any mobile network also. The area was infested by naxalites and they could be behind it. There is also talk about dacoits in the area. So the suspense about what is really happening is well maintained. 

The film also shows the technology that is used by anti-naxal forces and how real investigation happens. There are many surprising elements that the director shows in the film which keeps the audience engaged. 

There is some good acting all around with the top three actors being Sanchari Vijay, RJ Nethra and RJ Sudesh. The supporting cast also gives its best. Technically the film has some good background score and editing. Beautiful locations in the Western Ghats are captured in the cinematography which adds to the visual appeal of 6ne Maili. What is a bit missing is some action. It would have added to the thrills in the film. 

Overall 6ne Maili is a suspense thriller that keeps tha audience engaged with its innovative techniques. The team has succeeded in giving a very good film that is different from the regular run of the mill films. The promise has been delivered. Watch the film for its thrills.

Veteran director Bhagawan is back to directing films after a 25 year gap. His last film was 'Balondu Chaduranga' which was released in 1992. That was his 49th film as a director. Now the veteran director is back with his 50th film 'Aaduva Gombe'.

'Aaduva Gombe' was launched recently at Hiremagalur near Chickmagalur. Ananth Nag's wife Gayathri Ananth Nag sounded the clap for the first shot of the film, while Rajeshwari of Chamundeshwari Studio switched on the camera.

'Aaduva Gombe' stars Ananth Nag, Sanchari Vijay, Sudha Belawadi and others in prominent roles. Bhagawan himself has written the story, screenplay and dialogues of the film apart from directing it. Ganesh is the cameraman, while Hemanth Kumar is the music director. 

The songs of 'Nan Magale Heroine' composed by Ashwamitra was launched on Satuday night at the City Institute in Bangalore. Anand Audio has released the songs of the film.

The audio release function was attended by well known lawyer Diwakar, B C Patil, Sanchari Vijay Kaviraj, and others. 'Nan Magale Heroine' stars Sanchari Vijay, Amrutha Rao, Deepika, Tabla Nani, Vijay Chendur, B C Patil, Pavan, Bullet Prakash and others. Annadanappa and Mohan Kumar are the producers, while Bahubali has directed the film.

National Award winner Sanchari Vijay has portrayed various kinds of roles in his previous films and this is the first time, he is seen in a flamboyant role in 'Padarasa'.

Sanchari Vijay plays the title character of Padarasa in the movie. Padarasa is one character who will do anything for money. Padarasa manages to woo many people with his smartness and squeeze money out of them. He does all this to enjoy life. Meanwhile, he falls in love with Sarika (Vaishnavi Menon). What happens next forms the crux of the film.

The first half of the film is engaging and moves fastly. However, the second half of the film is a bit slow. In spite of that, the film manages to engage the audience with its commercial elements.

The highlight of the film is however Sanchari Vijay. As told earlier, Vijay plays a flamboyant character and manages to woo the audience with his performance. Vaishnavi Menon is good. Other supporting artistes including Niranjan Deshpande, Bhavya, Jaijagadish, Shobharaj have done their bit neatly. Music by A T Ravish is good.

National Award winning actor Sanchari Vijay after completing Varthamana and Rikta has silently signed another film called White Horse. The shooting for the film is currently in progress.

'White Horse' is being written and directed by Nandakumar. The director says he wrote the script 15 years back and says the story is unique. He himself is producing the film.

The shooting of the film will be held in Bangalore, Sakleshpur, Madikeri, Chickmagalur and other places. Mumbai based model Honeybal is the heroine, while Shobharaj and others prominent roles in the film.

Sanchari Vijay who has acting many films in Kannada has ventured into Malayalam film with 'Theater'. Sanchari Vijay plays the role of a police officer in the film.

'Theater' is being directed by Sarun Kumar and is an experimental film. Well known cinematographer Madhu Ambat is the cinematographer for this film. Sanchari Vijay has already acted for 18 days in this film.

Meanwhile, Sanchari Vijay's six films are set to release this year. The first will be 'Krishna Tulasi' which is all set to release tomorrow. The film will be followed by '6th Mile', 'Padarasa', 'Aduva Gombe', Atakkuntu Lekkakkilla' and 'Melobba Mayavi'.

National Award winning actor Sanchari Vijay is on board Guru Deshpande's next production venture 'Gentleman 2020'. This time, he will be playing a crucial support role to Dynamic Prince Prajwal Devaraj, who plays the protagonist in it.

In an action thriller movie directed by Jadesh Kumar Hampe, Prajwal Devraj is paired opposite the beautiful Nishvika Naidu. Ajaneesh Loknath has scored the music for Gentleman 2020.

In yet another interesting tale, Guru Deshpande's next revolves around the protagonist who suffers from 'sleeping syndrome' due to which he is asleep for at least 18 hours in a day!

The unique promotions on various medium emphasising the 'sleepy mode' of the lead actor on a lighter note was one of the recent talking points among the cine audience. The film is set for release in January.

In spite of getting a National award for his performance in 'Nanu Avanalla Avalu', Sanchari Vijay was not flooded with offers in Kannada cinema. Now he has been roped in by none other than Ramgopal Verma himself.

Yes, Sanchari Vijay is all set to act in Ramgopal Verma's 'Killing Veerappan' which is his debut film in Kannada. Though Verma has not divulged any details about what role would be Vijay playing in the film, sources say he has a prominent role to play.

Actor Sanchari Vijay has turned singer with his new film Riktha. He has sung a song called 'Nodta Nodta Geddavalu' under the music direction of debutante music director Rocky. Sanchari Vijay says he came to the Kannada film industry to become a singer.

However, he turned actor because of the advice from music director V Manohar. 'I wanted to become a singer. But V Manohar suggested that I become an actor, because I am good at acting rather than singing. Finally I shifted towards acting' says Sanchari Vijay.

Vijay says he turned singer due to the insistence of director Amruth Kumar and music composer Rocky and has sung a song in the film.

Actor Sanchari Vijay has won the best actor award at the 62nd National film awards for his performance in 'Nan Avanalla Avalu'. Vijay is the third actor from Kannada who has bagged the best actor award at the national level the other two being Vasudeva Rao (Chomana Dudi) and Charu Hassan (Thabarana Kathe).

'Nan Avanalla Avalu' is a film being based on a true life of a transgender called Vidya. The film has been directed by Lingadevaru. Earlier, Vijay had acted in films like 'Dasvala', 'Oggarane' and others. He was lauded by critics for his performance in 'Dasvala'. Now Vijay has bagged the best actor award at the National level.

Sanchari Vijay who is acting in many films has signed yet another new film called 'Melobba Mayavi'. The film is all set to be launched on the 04th of April and the film will be shot in only on schedule.

'Melobba Mayavi' marks the debut of journalist Naveen Krishna as director. Naveen Krishna had worked as a film journalist for few Kannada tabloids. Now Naveen is all set to turn director with this film. Chakravarthy Chandrachud has written the screenplay and dialogues for the story penned by Naveen Krishna.

'Melobba Mayavi' which tells the story of a mafia stars Pavithra Jayaram, Krishnamurthy Kavattar and others. Late L N Shastry has composed the songs for the film.

If everything had gone right, then Sanchari Vijay's 'Riktha' was supposed to release in November last year itself. But the film was postponed due to various reasons. Now the film is all set to hit the screens on the 19th of January.

The first look of Sanchari Vijay's new film 'Pirangipura' was launched by actors Murali and Vasishta Simha recently.

'Pirangipura' is a bilingual film shot simultaneously in Kannada and Tamil. The film is being written and directed by Janardhan and he himself is producing the film.

This year many prominent film makers including P Sheshadri, Baraguru Ramachandrappa and others had sent their films for the award committee. But the jury headed by well known Tamil film maker Bharathi Raja has given awards mostly to newcomers.

ವಿಜಯ್ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಜೈ ಜಗದೀಶ್, ಚಿ.ಗುರುದತ್, ಶೋಭರಾಜ್, ಭವ್ಯ.. ಹೀಗೆ ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ದಂಡೇ ಇದೆ. ಹೃಷಿಕೇಶ್ ಜಂಬಗಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆರ್ಟ್ & ಸೋಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರೆಗೆ ತರುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ರೇವಣ್‍ಕರ್.

ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬೇಸರವೇನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಹಳೆಯ ಕಮಿಟ್‍ನಿಂದಾಗಿ ತಮಿಳು ಚಿತ್ರದ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಯುಸಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ವೈಷ್ಣವಿ. ನಾಯಕಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರ ನಾಳೆ ತೆರೆಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಪಾದರಸ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀರೋ ಸಂಚಾರಿ ವಿಜಯ್. ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಅವಾರ್ಡ್ ಪಡೆದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಹುತೇಕ ಹುಡುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಸೀರಿಯಸ್ ಸಬ್ಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಂತವೇ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿಯೇ ವಿಜಯ್‍ಗೆ ಪಾದರಸ ಡಿಫರೆಂಟ್ ಅನುಭವ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಭಯಾನಕ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಹರೆಯದ ಹುಡುಗಾಟ ನೆನಪಿಸಿದೆ.

ಚಿತ್ರದ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣದ ವೇಳೆ ವಿಜಯ್ ನದಿಗೆ ಬೀಳಬೇಕಿತ್ತಂತೆ. ಸೇತುವೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ, ಕೂದಲೆಳೆ ಅಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ನದಿಯಿಂದ ಬೀಳೋದರಿಂದ ಬಚಾವ್ ಆದ ಘಟನೆಯನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ತಾರೆ ವಿಜಯ್.

ಮಲಯಾಳಂ ಚಿತ್ರವೊಂದರ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣದ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಕೇರಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಥದ್ದೇ ಅನುಭವವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದೇಕೋ ಏನೋ.. ಕೇರಳಕ್ಕೂ ನನಗೂ ಆಗಿಬರಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ವಿಜಯ್.

ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಚಿತ್ರದ ಪಾತ್ರ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹರೆಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದುಡ್ಡು ಕದ್ದು ತಂದು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಜಾ ಉಡಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೆನಪಿಸಿದೆಯಂತೆ.

ಇದೆಲ್ಲದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಅವರು ಹೇಳೋ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಅನುಭವ ಮಸ್ತ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಡಜನ್‍ಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು  ಹುಡುಗಿಯರ ಜೊತೆ ರೊಮ್ಯಾನ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರಿಯಲ್ ಲೈಫಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಅಷ್ಟು ಹುಡುಗಿಯರ ಜೊತೆ ಫ್ರೆಂಡ್‍ಶಿಪ್ ಕೂಡಾ ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂತಾರೆ ವಿಜಯ್.

ವಿಜಯ್‍ಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲ ಅನುಭವ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರೋ ಪಾದರಸ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಹೃಷಿಕೇಶ್ ಜಂಬಗಿಗೂ ಇದು ಮೊದಲ ಸಿನಿಮಾ.
