Dwarkish's 51st film 'Amma I Love You' is all set to be released on the 15th of June. Meanwhile, the songs of the film was released in a star studded function in Bangalore on Monday night.

One of the highlights is Dwarkish along with music director Gurukiran has launched a new audio company called DGK audio has released the songs. Shivarajakumar, Puneeth Rajakumar, Upendra, Dhruva Sarja, Chikkanna, Sadhu Kokila and others were present at the occasion and released the songs of the film.

'Amma I Love You' is the remake of Tamil hit 'Pichchaikaran'. The Kannada version stars Chiranjeevi Sarja in lead role. Sitara, Nishvika Naidu, Prakash Belavadi, Giri Dwarkish and others play prominent roles in the film. The film is being produced by Yogi Dwarkish under the Dwarkish Chitra Banner. Gurukiran has composed the music for the film, while Shekhar Chandru is the cameraman.

Dwarkish's 50th film as a producer 'Chauka' is almost ready for release. Till now the makers of the film had not divulged any details about the film. It was being said that Aindritha Ray and Deepa Sannidhi are playing the heroines.

Now the names of the two more heroines have been finally divulged. Apart from Aindritha Ray and Deepa Sannidhi, Priyamani and Bhavana Menon are playing the female leads. Both Priyamani and Bhavana Menon had earlier acted in Sudeep's 'Vishnuvardhana' which was produced by Dwarkish. Now the two have acted in Dwarkish's one more film.

'Chauka' is a multi starrer film with Prem, Prajwal, Diganth and Vijay Raghavendra playing prominent roles in the film. Tarun Sudhir brother of actor-director Nandakishore is all set to be make his debut as a director through this film.

Dwarkish's 50th film as a producer 'Chauka' is all set to release in America and Canada on march 17th. 'Chauka' is directed by Tarun Sudhir and stars Prem,  Diganth, Vijay Raghavendra, Prajwal, Kashinath,  Darshan and others in prominent roles.

The film was released last month and is running to packed houses.

One complaint against this Friday's big release Chowka is its length. The film is 2 hours and 48 minutes long. This has created some problems in theatres, especially for the second shows at night. In one theater in Bengaluru the late night show that was to start at 10 pm started at 10.45 pm because the three earlier shows had taken up much time. The show ended at 1.45 am causing inconvenience to audience.

This has prompted the film team to consider trimming the film by some 20 minutes. But cutting any scene without affecting the flow of the film was not possible. Therefore it has been decided to cut a fight scene involving Vijay Raghavendra and Prajwal Devaraj.

This is around 3-4 minutes. Also the title card which is 3.5 minutes long will be chopped. A few other such inconsequential scenes will be cut so that the film's length is reduced to 2 hours 30 minutes according to sources.

The film's Saturday collections have improved from Friday. Friday occupancy overall was 60 % which increased to 70% on Saturday and on Sunday it was 80%.

Tharun Sudhir's debut as director and Dwarakish Chitra's 50th film is a film that will leave a lasting experience. The multistarrer film that has a great supporting cast has a unique story that combines entertainment and a message for the youth about their contribution to the society. 

Four youngsters from four different eras end up in jail for no mistake of theirs. However they reconcile to their fate until they meet an old man in jail who is also wrongly jailed. He inspires them to not waste anymore of their lives. Do these four men manage to do the impossible is the rest of the story. 

Tharun has given equal  importance to the four stars, Vijay Raghavendra, Prem, Diganth and Prajwal Devaraj. There is also important roles for Kashinath and Chikkanna. 

There are beautiful elements in the film. The songs are top class. The four main actors give brilliant performances. Senior actor Kashinath is seen in a role that is unique. He steals the heart with his portrayal of a father who tries to undo the wrong foisted on him. 

The film gives a rich experience and is a visual treat. The makers have managed to show some places like Gol Gumbaz and Suvarna Vidhana Soudha like never before. Every actor in the film is given importance and nothing is out of place. However the film is long at nearly three hours and this is because all characters are given their due. 

There is a message for the youth in the end. It is a mass film with a message.

The final technical corrections on the film Chowka was completed today and the film is ready for uploading for satellite telecast to theatres. The film is releasing this week and is one of the biggest multistarrer films made in Kannada.

The film has four heroes and four heroines including Vijay Raghavendra, Prajwal Devaraj, Nenapirali Prem, Diganth, Aindrita Ray, Deepa Sannidhi, Bhavana and Priyamani. Director Tharun Sudhir gave the finishing touches to the film at a studio in Bengaluru on Monday.

Chowka Trailer This Week

The trailer of the multistarrer film Chowka will be released either on Thursday or Friday this week. The shooting for the film was completed recently and the film is gearing up for release shortly. The trailer is planned to release just in time for Sankranti.

Chowka is the 50th film of Dwarakish Chitra and produced by Yogish. The film stars Nenapirali Prem, Prajwal Devaraj, Vijay Raghavendra, Diganth, Priyamani, Aindrita Ray, Deepa Sannidhi and Bhavana. Darshan has also acted in a guest role in the film.

Chowka is directed by Tharun Sudheer in his debut as director. He is giving final touches to the trailer. The first look and characters of the film were introduced earlier. The four main actors are from different decades whose stories meet in the end. The film is the biggest multistarrer in Kannada in decades.

A Bengaluru has ordered the veteran filmmaker Dwarakish to pay a fine of Rs. 52.20 lakhs to producer K C N Chandrasekhar, failing which he is sentenced to undergo a simple imprisonment for a period of one year.

The court has passed the orders after convicting the actor and producer Dwarakish, who has so far produced more than 50 films under his prestigious banner Dwarakish Chitra. He has been convicted under the Negotiable Instruments Act (Cheque bounce case) and sentenced him to pay Rs 52.20 lakhs as fine or face a simple imprisonment for one year in jail.

The producer K C N Chandrasekhar had approached the court five years ago, accusing Dwarakish Chitra for failing to return Rs. 50 lakhs which was taken as loan by him towards producing a film. The cheque payment made by Dwarakish Chitra in favour of K C N Chandrasekhar had bounced and hence had registered the case.

It is learnt that Dwarakish had taken loan towards producing the film 'Charulatha’ which featured national award winning actress Priyamani in the lead.

Actor Darshan who has played a cameo in 'Chauka' is all set to promote the film on Monday. Darshan will be visiting theaters in Gundlupete, Mysore, Mandya and Malavalli. The team of 'Chauka' will be joining him in this promotion.

A new audio company has been launched in Sandalwood. It is a collaboration between Dwarakish Chitra and composer Gurukiran. It has been named DGK Audio Inc. Amma I You directed by KM Chaitanya and starring Chiranjeevi Sarja will be the first album under this audio company.

The film is releasing shortly. After producing over 50 films in the last 50 years Dwarakish Chitra has ventured into another aspect of films. Gurukiran who has completed 20 years as a film composer has finally started his own label. Almost all composers have their own labels these days and Gurukiran has finally followed suit.

Veteran actor producer, director Dwarakish wife Ambuja Dwarakish has expired. She was aged 80.

Dwarkish and Ambuja loved each other and got married. Recently Ambuja celebrated her 80 birthday along With family members and well wishers

Veteran actor-producer Dwarkish's production house Dwarkish Chitra which started production in 1969 has completed 50 years successfully and has produced 52 films in 50 years.

Dwarkish turned producer with Dr Rajakumar's 'Mayor Muttanna'. The film directed by Siddalingaiah was released in 1969. After that Dwarkish went on to produce many more films and saw many ups and downs as a producer. He was the first to shoot films like 'Singaporenalli Raja-Kulaa' and 'Africadalli Sheela' in Singapore and Africa respectively. Dwarkish has also produced Tamil and Hindi films apart from Kannada.

'As for as I know, not many production companies have completed 50 years in India. I am happy that I am able to complete 50 years as a producer' says Dwarkish.

Recently, there were rumors in social media regarding Veteran Actor,director Producer Dwarkish's health.

To clear the air, Dwarkish himself recorded a video and clarified that he is fine and healthy and not to give important to any such rumor.

It's been quite a few years since veteran actor Dwarkish had acted in any film. The last film in which Dwarkish was seen was Sudeep starrer 'Vishnuvardhana' which he produced. After that Dwarkish was not seen in any other film.

Now the veteran actor is back acting in a new film called 'Nagarakatte' being directed by Shankar of 18th Cross fame. Dwarkish his real life's role of actor-director-producer Dwarkish in the film also. His role is a cameo and Dwarkish has given his consent to act in the film.

'Nagarakatte' stars Aneesh Tejeshwar along with Shravya, Teju, Karisubbu, Chikknna and others. Arjun Janya will be composing the music for the film, while Suresh Babu is the cameraman. The film was launched recently.

The Kannada version stars Chiranjeevi Sarja in lead role and is directed by K M Chaitanya. This is Chaitanya and Chiru's fourth collaboration together.

Already the shooting for the film has been started in Bangalore. Some sequences starring Prakash Belawadi and Giri Dwarkish were shot.
