The film talks about how a rape victim deals with what has happened to her as an incident, without self-pitying. The censor board has given an 'U/A' certificate without any mutes or cuts.

The new film stars Aditi Prabhudeva, M G Srinivas and others in prominent roles. Naveen Krishna has written the dialogue s. Manikanth Kadri is the music composer, while Rakesh is the cinematographer.

The Regional Board of Film Certification has given an 'U/A' certificate to Dayal's new film 'Ranganayaki' recently. Now the trailer of the film was released in Bangalore on Wednesday night.

'Ranganayaki - Volume 1 Virginity' is a story about how a rape victim deals with what has happened to her as an incident, without self-pitying. The film is based on a book written by Dayal Padmanabhan.

'Ranganayaki' stars Aditi Prabhudeva, M G Srinivas, Sundar Raj, Suchendra Prasad, Shivaram, Chandrachud, Yethiraj and others in prominent roles. Naveen Krishna has written the dialogues. Manikanth Kadri has composed the music. S V Narayan has produced the film.

Dayal's new film 'Trayambhakam' is all set to hit the screens this month. Meanwhile, the director has announced his next project would be 'Ranganayaki' and the film will be launched later this month.

Dayal had earlier announced that he will be announcing the release date of his new film 'Ranganayaki' on Ayudha Pooja day. Likewise, Dayal has announced the release date of the film today and the film is all set to be released on the 01st of November.

.Earlier, producer Yogi Dwarkish had announced that he is releasing 'Ayushmanbhava' on the 01st of November acrosss Karnataka. With Dayal also fixing the same date, it's 'Ayushmanbhava' versus 'Ranganayaki' on the Rajyotsava day.

The classic film Ranganayaki released in 1981, directed by one of the greatest Kannada filmmakers - Puttanna Kanagal showcases the struggle of a woman and how she faces it all. The present one, Ranganayaki - Volume 1: Virginity by Dayal Padmanabhan throws light on the brave and determined side of a woman, who seeks justice for herself in an emotionally sensible tale.

Dayal of the fame of 'Actor' film produced by Mr. Veeresh under Chitraloka Movies, truly deserves appreciation for celebrating the daring attitude of women on the silver screen while setting an example for the fairer sex in one of the honest making in the recent past.

Aditi Prabhudeva, who plays the central character is the main highlight of this moving experience, which revolves around the turbulent fate of a lady, who lost her parents in childhood due to a road mishap. A teacher, she is a confident person with a kind heart.

Despite facing the toughest situation, she gathers herself and fights back legally to bring the culprits to justice. ಟಿವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೇಪ್ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಳು ಬಂದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಟಿವಿಯನ್ನೇ ಆಫ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಡಿಸ್ಟರ್ಬ್ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಕಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಟಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದಾಗ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಪಟ್ಟರು. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಸ್ಟ್ರಾಂಗ್ ಮೆಸೇಜ್ ಇದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಆದಿತಿ, ಈ ಪಾತ್ರ ನನಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ನಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಎಂತಹ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನಾದರೂ ಮಾಡಬಲ್ಲೆ ಎಂಬ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರೋದು ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರದ ಕಥೆಯಾದರೂ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ವಲ್ಗರ್ ದೃಶ್ಯ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದು ಸೆಕೆಂಡ್ ಕೂಡಾ ವಲ್ಗರ್ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಎಕ್ಸ್‍ಪೋಸ್ ಇಲ್ಲ. ದಯಾಳ್ ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಅದ್ಭುತವಾಗಿ ತೆರೆ ಮೇಲೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ ಆದಿತಿ. ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಎಸ್.ವಿ.ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರು. ಎಸ್.ವಿ. ಎಂಟರ್‍ಟೈನ್‍ಮೆಂಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದ ನಿರ್ಭಯಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣವೇ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ. ಆ ನಿರ್ಭಯಾ ಬದುಕಿದ್ದರೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು.. ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೇಗೆಲ್ಲ ಹೋರಾಡಬೇಕಿತ್ತು ಎಂಬ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಳಿರುವ ಕಥೆಯೇ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವೊಂದನ್ನು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ದಯಾಳ್.

ಟೋಪಿವಾಲಾ, ಬೀರ್‍ಬಲ್, ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದ, ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿಯೂ ಗೆದ್ದಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್, ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಹೀರೋ. ಬೀರ್‍ಬಲ್ ನಂತರ ಮುಂದಿನ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ರೆಡಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆಗ ದಯಾಳ್ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ ಹೇಳಿ, ಪಾತ್ರದ ಆಫರ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಕಥೆಯೂ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯ್ತು. ಪಾತ್ರವೂ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯ್ತು. ಒಂದೊಳ್ಳೆ ಸಂದೇಶ ಹೇಳುವ ಚಿತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾತ್ರ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಶ್ರೀನಿ.

ತ್ರಿವಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 1ರಂದು ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ ಟೈಟಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ದಿನ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಎದುರು ಬರಲಿದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರೋದು ಒಂದು ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಕ ಸಬ್ಜೆಕ್ಟ್. ಇಡೀ ಚಿತ್ರ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾದ ಹೆಣ್ಣೊಬ್ಬಳು ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸುವ ಕಾನೂನು ಹೋರಾಟ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಕೆ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಸವಾಲುಗಳ ಸುತ್ತ ಇದೆ. ಅದೇ ಆ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿಯಂತೆ... ಈ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿಯೂ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಿಯೇ..

ಆ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ ನೆನಪಾಗಿದ್ದು ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ. ಪುಟ್ಟಣ್ಣ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಆ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಟಕದ ಕಲಾವಿದೆಯೊಬ್ಬಳು.. ಸಿನಿಮಾ ತಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಖ್ಯಾತಳಾಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಈ ಹಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆ ತನ್ನ ಪತಿ, ಮಗುವಿಂದ ದೂರವಾಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಖ್ಯಾತಿಯ ಉತ್ತುಂಗದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಹುಡುಗ ಮೋಹಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ವಿಚಿತ್ರವೆಂದರೆ.. ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮೋಹಿಸುವುದು ಆಕೆಯೇ ಹೆತ್ತ ಮಗ. ತಾಯಿಯೇ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವ ಆ ಕಥೆ ಆಗಿನ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಈಗಿನ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೂ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಕವೇ...

ಈಗ ದಯಾಳ್ ಪದ್ಮನಾಭನ್ ಕೂಡಾ ಅಂಥದ್ದೇ ಒಂದು ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಕ ಸಬ್ಜೆಕ್ಟ್‍ಗೆ ಕೈ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ರೇಪ್ ಆಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೇ ಅಪಮಾನಕರ ಎನ್ನುವ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿ, ಈಗಲೂ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಧೈರ್ಯ ಹೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂಸಿಸುವವರೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಅಂಥದ್ದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವ ಸಬ್ಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಹಿಡಿದು ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ದಯಾಳ್. ಅದೇ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ ಟೈಟಲ್ಲಿನ ಜೊತೆ.

ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರದಂತಹ ದೃಶ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸಲು ಹಿಂದೇಟು ಹಾಕುವವರ ನಡುವೆ ಆದಿತಿ ಪ್ರಭುದೇವ.. ಆಗಿನ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಂತಹುದೇ ಧೈರ್ಯ ತೋರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದಯಾಳ್ ಪದ್ಮನಾಭನ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ 17ನೇ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ. ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಯಕಿ ಆರತಿಯಲ್ಲ.. ಆದಿತಿ. ಈಗ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಟೀಸರ್, ಫಸ್ಟ್‍ಲುಕ್ ಹೊರಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ. ಆದಿತಿ ಪ್ರಭುದೇವ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರೋ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಟೀಸರ್ ಕುತೂಹಲ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆದ್ದಿದೆ. 

52 ಸೆಕೆಂಡ್‍ಗಳ ಟೀಸರ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆದಿತಿ, ಶ್ರೀನಿ, ತ್ರಿವಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಡೈಲಾಗ್ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಎಸ್.ವಿ.ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಮಾರು 7 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ರೆಡಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರಂತೆ ದಯಾಳ್. ಹೀಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಇದೇ ಕಥೆಯನ್ನಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಕಾದಂಬರಿ ಬರೆದು, ನಂತರ ಆ ಕಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಭರ್ಜರಿಯಾಗಿಯೇ ಇದೆ.

ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ, ಮುಂದಿನ ವಾರ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಚಿತ್ರ. ದಯಾಳ್ ಪದ್ಮನಾಭನ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕಿ ಆದಿತಿ ಪ್ರಭುದೇವ. ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾದ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡುವ ಕಥೆ. ಸಹಜವಾಗಿಯೇ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಯು/ಎ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಸಿಗಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಿಗೆ ಇತ್ತು.

ಆದಿತಿ ಪ್ರಭುದೇವ ಅವರೇ ಹೇಳೋ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಸೆಕೆಂಡ್ ದೃಶ್ಯ ಕೂಡಾ ಮುಜುಗರ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸಲ್ಲ. ಅಶ್ಲೀಲತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಕಥೆಯ ಎಳೆಯೇ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾದ ಹೆಣ್ಣಿನದ್ದು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿಯೇ ದಯಾಳ್ ಸೆನ್ಸಾರ್‍ಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವಾಗ ಯು/ಎ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರಂತೆ.

ವಿಶೇಷವೇನು ಗೊತ್ತೇ.. ಸಿನಿಮಾ ನೋಡಿದ ಸೆನ್ಸಾರ್ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಈ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಯು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನೇ ಕೊಡಬಹುದು. ಕಥೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೆಸೇಜ್ ಎರಡೂ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರಂತೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಯು/ಎ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ, ಯು/ಎ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಎಸ್.ವಿ.ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರಾಗಿರುವ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್, ತ್ರಿವಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಕೂಡ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನವೀನ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಯ ಸೊಗಸು ಇಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇದೆ. ನವೆಂಬರ್ 1ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಿಲೀಸ್.

ನವೆಂಬರ್ ೧ಕ್ಕೆ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆದ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ ಚಿತ್ರ ಗೆದ್ದಿದೆ. ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ, ವಿಮರ್ಶಕರ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ಎರಡನ್ನೂ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ನಗು ಬೀರಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ. ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾದ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸುವ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಕಥೆ ಕೇವಲ ಸನಿಮಾ ಆಗಿಯಷ್ಟೇ ಉಳಿಯದೆ ಕಾಡುವ ಚಿತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರು.

ನಾಯಕಿ ಆದಿತಿ ಪ್ರಭುದೇವ, ಈಗಿನ್ನೂ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲಿಟ್ಟು ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆ. ಆರಂಭದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಸವಾಲಿನ ಪಾತ್ರ ನೀಡಿ ಇಡೀ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆವರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಆದಿತಿ.

ಆದಿತಿ ಪ್ರಭುದೇವ ಅವರಂತಹ ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯಿಂದ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಅಭಿನಯ ತೆಗೆಸಿರುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಥೆಯನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಂಯಮ ತಪ್ಪದಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಗೆದ್ದಿರುವುದು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ದಯಾಳ್ ಪದ್ಮನಾಭನ್. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಸತತವಾಗಿ ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೇ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ದಯಾಳ್ ಅವರದ್ದು, ಒನ್ಸ್ ಎಗೇಯ್ನ್  ವಿಕ್ಟರಿ.

ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಚುರುಕು ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಿಡಿ ಹತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ನವೀನ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಡೈಲಾಗ್ಸ್ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಹೃದಯ ತಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ. ತ್ರಿವಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ಇಬ್ಬರದ್ದೂ ಇರುವ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ವಂಡರ್ ಆ್ಯಕ್ಟಿಂಗ್.

ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗಿAತ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ನಗು ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ಎಸ್.ವಿ.ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಅವರದ್ದು. ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾದ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತ ಯುವತಿ, ನರಳುತ್ತಾ.. ಅಳುತ್ತಾ.. ಕೂತುಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಾಳಲ್ಲ. ಅದು ನನಗೆ ಸಬ್ಜೆಕ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಷ್ಟವಾದ ಸಂಗತಿ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಸ್.ವಿ.ನಾರಾಯಣ್. ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೂ ಅಷ್ಟೆ.. ನಾಯಕಿ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿಯ ಹೋರಾಟವೇ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಿರ್ಭಯಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿಯೇ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾದ ಕಾದಂಬರಿ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ. ಆ ಕಾದಂಬರಿಯನ್ನೇ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಆಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ದಯಾಳ್. ಎಸ್.ವಿ.ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರಾಗಿರುವ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರೋದು ನಿರ್ಭಯಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಂತೆಯೇ ನಡೆಯುವ ಒಂದು ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬದುಕಿದ ಯುವತಿ, ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸುವ ಕಾನೂನು ಹೋರಾಟದ ಕಥೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದಿತಿ ಪ್ರಭುದೇವ ನಾಯಕಿ.

ಚಿತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪನೋರಾಮಾಗೂ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಇದು. ಆದರೆ, ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಭಯಂಕರವಾಗಿ ತೋರಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ, ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಕಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನಿರ್ಭಯಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಭೀಕರತೆ.

ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 16, 2012ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಅದು. ವೈದ್ಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಎಂಬ ಯುವತಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಆಕೆಯ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಭಯಾ ಎಂದೇ ಕರೆಯಲಾಯಿತಾದರೂ, ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಆಕೆಯ ತಾಯಿಯೇ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಗಳ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಹೇಳೋಕೆ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಇಷ್ಟಾದರೂ ಇಡೀ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ನೆನಪಾಗಿರುವುದು ನಿರ್ಭಯಾ ಕೇಸ್ ಎಂದೇ.

ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ 6 ಮಂದಿ ಕಿರಾತಕರು ನಿರ್ಭಯಾ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಎಸಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದಾರುಣವಾಗಿ ಗುಪ್ತಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಚುಚ್ಚಿ, ಮೈಕೈಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಕಚ್ಚಿ ಭೀಕರಾಗಿ ರೇಪ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆಯಾಗಿ ಎಸೆದು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರು. ಸತತ 13 ದಿನ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನರಳಿದ ಯುವತಿ, ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಣಬಿಟ್ಟರು. ಆಗ ಅದು ಇಡೀ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲೇ ಸಂಚಲನ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕರಣ.

ಆ ಕಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆಯೇನೋ ಸತ್ತಳು. ಅಕಸ್ಮಾತ್ ಬದುಕಿದ್ದರೆ.. ಕಾನೂನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ.. ಆ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯೇ ರಂಗನಾಯಕಿ.
