Darshan starrer 'Robert' is all set to release on the 11th of March in Kannada and Telugu simultaneously. Meanwhile, the actor is upset about the non-availability of Theaters for the Telugu version of the film and has filed a complaint in the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce and urged President K Jairaj for the smooth release of the film.

Though there are no problems for the Kannada version of 'Robert', the release of the Telugu version is not that easy. The distributors in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have advised the 'Robert' team to postpone the film for one week, as four Telugu films are getting released on the same day. The release date of the Kannada and Telugu versions have already been announced and Darshan wants to stick on to it.

Speaking to media persons regarding this. 'Their films have been allowed for a simultaneous release in Karnataka, but they are not our films to release in Andhra. They say, if we release our films, then it would be difficult to accommodate their films. This is not right. They are fearing that they might lose their market and are refusing to release the film on the same date. I have acted in more than 50 films. If they do this to me, what would happen to young stars' questions Darshan. 

Darshan starrer 'Robert' is all set to release on the 11th of March on the occasion of Mahashivaratri. Darshan himself confirmed the release date during a Facebook Live with his fans.

'Robert' was completed last year itself but the lockdown postponed the release which was scheduled in April. After the lockdown was revoked, it was said that the film will release for Christmas or New Year. However, producer Umapathy Srinivas Gowda and director Tharun Sudhir announced that the film will only be released after the Government permits 100 percent occupancy in theaters.

Though the Government has not announced 100 percent occupancy in theaters, there is still two months left for release and the announcement is likely to come in the next month. So, on a safer note the release date of the film has been announced on March 11th. The film will be released three weeks ahead of 'Yuvaratna' which is scheduled on April 01st.

Well known singer Shreya Goshal is very happy over the response she has got from Kannada song 'Kannu Hodeyaka' from the film 'Robert'. The song was picturised on Darshan and Asha Bhatt and is considered as a hit.

'Kannu Hodeyaka' has north Karnataka dialect and is penned by Yogaraj Bhatt. Recently, the song has garnered two crore views in the last one month. Shreya Goshal has expressed her happiness and gratitude over a tweet and has said that it was fun to sing in North Karnataka dialect for the first time.

ತರುಣ್ ಸುಧೀರ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 9ಕ್ಕೇ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಉಮಾಪತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಶಾ ಭಟ್, ಸೋನಲ್ ಮಂಥೆರೋ ನಾಯಕಿಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ವಿನೋದ್ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಸ್ನೇಹದ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ವಿನೋದ್ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್ ಮತ್ತು ದರ್ಶನ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆಯಂತೆ.

ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 9ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 12 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಜೈ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ್ ಹಾಡು ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆಗಲಿದೆ. ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ತರುಣ್ ಸುಧೀರ್ ಅವರಂತೂ ಇದು ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹತ್ತಿರವಾದ ಗೀತೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಗಾಧ ಶಕ್ತಿ ದೊರೆತಂತೆ ಭಾಸವಾಗುತ್ತೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
