First it was Ramya who came out in public and had said that heroines are not being paid well in this hero dominated industry. Now Aindritha Ray is also upset that she is not getting enough remuneration compared to other heroines in the other industries.

Aindritha Ray was talking during the press conference of her latest film 'Niruttara' being produced by actress Bhavana and directed by Apoorva Kasaravalli.

'I have been getting good offers, but when it comes to remuneration issues, I get dropped from the film for demanding a lot of remuneration. In every film industry, heroines are paid less than heroes. But here, the difference in the remuneration of the heroes and heroines is huge. We are not getting paid at least 5 percent of what the heroes are getting and that's what making me upset' said Aindritha Ray.

Aindritha said even acting in more than 15 films, I have not seen a big increase in my remuneration. 'Off late, I have heard good scripts and I wanted to the projects and because of the remuneration issue, I am not able to sign those films' said Aindritha.
