A new film chamber has been established in north Karnataka. This new chamber comes in the backdrop of establishment of the dubbing film chamber of commerce. The new chamber named Uttara Karnataka Chalnachitra Vanijya Mandhil has started movie banner and title registration.

There Must Be Only One Chamber - Shivarajakumar

Speaking to Chitraloka Shankar Sugathi said that the new body is not against KFCC but established to help local and surrounding area producers. For north Karnataka producers, going to Bengaluru and getting all the jobs is difficult.

"Already nearly 30 banners have been registered with us and shooting of 7-8 movies is going on.

Last time we have gone with a title for Censor certificate. The then Censor officer Nagendra Swamy had said publicity clearance has to be done from KFCC. Earlier there was only one chamber and there was only one publicity clearance with KFCC. Later we went to Mumbai and have given them a representation letter and have written letters to Delhi also.

In fact one movie titled Tilineeru was first registered with us and they wanted the Censor to be done urgently. We suggested to go and get registered with KFCC and get censor done from there itself," he explained the reason for establishing the new film chamber.
