'Simple' Suni's new film 'Bazaar' which was released last week is getting good response all over. Meanwhile, the team has complained to the Cyber Police about the piracy of the film.

Recently, somebody has shot the film inside theater and has uploaded to internet which has caught the attention of 1.82 lakh viewers. So, the makers of the film have approached the Cyber Police and has filed a complaint regarding the piracy. 

'Bazaar' stars newcomer Dhanveer Gowda along with Aditi Prabhudeva. The film is produced by Thimmegowda. M L Prasanna has written the story, while Suni has written the screenplay apart from directing it. Santhosh Rai Pathaje is the cinematographer, while Ravi Basrur is the music director.

A few days ago the hit movie Kendasampige was telecast on a cable channel in Bengaluru. The film is still running in theatres and will complete 100 days next week. The rights of the film's satellite telecast is also not yet given to any channel. But a local cable channel went ahead and telecast the film illegally without permission creating a loss for Suri who also produced the film apart from directing it. 

The issue has been taken seriously by the Film Chamber which immediately contacted the cable channels. The offending channel is said to have been shut down. But this shut down may be for only a few days before it resumes telecast. The telecast of films and film content like songs and comedy scenes by local cable channels is a big headache for Sandalwood.

None of these channels pay royalty or even seek permission to telecast the copyright content like films and songs. But they collect money from advertisers. Satellite channels pay money to producers for buying telecast rights but not cable channels. These channels not only hurt satellite channels but also producers in a big way. Even companies which buy DVD rights like Ganesh Video, Anand Audio, Lahari are affected by cable channels by illegally telecasting films. 

The Chamber under Sa Ra Govindu is now contemplating serious action in this regard by bringing in all the affected parties.

Piracy is a serious issue. As a result of piracy, producers are losing crores and crores of rupees. Lot of producers thinks that digital technology is the main culprit. Technology is the boon and bane for the film industry. It’s too expensive to make 35 mm print for massive release (200-300 prints). Digital screening has bridged the gap, so that we can release the movie with maximum number of prints. Piracy was there even when 35 mm prints were there and after going all digital, piracy still exists. We have seen censor copy getting leaked online as well. With the technology, quality of piracy print is improved. We cannot eliminate piracy completely but we can make sure that the content is protected in all possible ways. 

Majority of the producers think that the piracy happens in overseas because of overseas screening. This is completely false and baseless. Producers are hesitant to release the movie overseas on the same day or within few weeks of the release because of piracy.

The loss to the makers of Pailwaan due to piracy is estimated at Rs 5 crore so far. Today is the 10th day of the film's release. From the release date of September 12, piracy has affected the film. The film team has lodged multiple complaints and a person has been arrested who leaked the film on the first day.

But pirated versions of the film continue to be circulated online. Everyday hundreds of links are detected and deleted. But it is only a small part of the total leaked content in circulation. A conservative estimate says the pirated copy of the film may have reached nearly 10 lakh people. Those who watched them instead of watching the film in theatre would have resulted in a loss of at least Rs 5 crore to the film makers.

ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆದ ಮರುಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಬಾಕ್ಸಾಫೀಸ್ ಚಿಂದಿ ಉಡಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್‍ಗೆ ಪೈರಸಿ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ಸ್ ಶಾಕ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟೇಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೆಲ್ಪ್‍ಲೈನ್ ನಂಬರ್ ನೀಡಿ, ಕಾನೂನು ಮುಂಜಾಗ್ರತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡರೂ ಕೆಲವು ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ಸ್ ಪೈರಸಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಂದೆರಡು ವೆಬ್‍ಸೈಟ್‍ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್ ಹಿಂದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ತೆಲುಗು ವರ್ಷನ್ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಅಪ್‍ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮೈಯ್ಯೆಲ್ಲ ಕಣ್ಣಾಗಿ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್ ತಂಡ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆಯಾದರೂ, ಪೈರಸಿ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ಸ್‍ಗಳು ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ತಲೆನೋವಾಗಿರುವುದು ನಿಜ. 

ಆದರೆ, ಈ ಪೈರಸಿ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ಸ್ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್‍ನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ. 

ಚಾಲೆಂಜಿಂಗ್ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಅಭಿನಯದ ತಾರಕ್ ಚಿತ್ರ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆಗಿ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದೆ. ದರ್ಶನ್​ರ ಲುಕ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಡೆ ಪಾಸಿಟಿವ್ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳೇ ಬರತ್ತಿವೆ. ಚಿತ್ರ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಹಿಟ್ ಆಗುವ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

ಆದರೆ, ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಲೇ ಪೈರಸಿ ಕಾಟ ಶುರುವಾಗಿದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮೊದಲ ದಿನವೇ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿರುವ ಕೆಲವರು, ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕೆಲವು ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಮಾಡಿ, ಫೇಸ್​ಬುಕ್​ಗೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕೆಲವು ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳು, ರಗ್ಬಿ ಆಡುವ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳ ತುಣುಕುಗಳು ಫೇಸ್​ಬುಕ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿದಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ.

ಇದು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡಕ್ಕೂ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ. ಲೀಕ್ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಯಾರು ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡದ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಿತ್ರಲೋಕದ ಮನವಿ ಇಷ್ಟೆ. ಒಂದು ಸಿನಿಮಾಗೆ ಕೋಟಿ ಕೋಟಿ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೂ ಹಾನಿಕರ.  ಇಂತಹ ಘಟನೆಗಳು  ಅಭಿಮಾನದಿಂದ ನಡೆದಿರುತ್ತವೋ, ದುರುದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದಲೇ ನಡೆದಿರುತ್ತವೋ ಬೇರೆ ಮಾತು. ಅದರಿಂದ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹಾನಿಯೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲೇ ನೋಡಿ, ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿ, ಉಳಿಸಿ ಎಂಬುದಷ್ಟೇ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮನವಿ.

ಪವರ್ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಪುನೀತ್ ರಾಜ್‍ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಅಂಜನಿಪುತ್ರ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ಡಲ್ಲು ಹೊಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರಗಳಲ್ಲೀಗ ಪವರ್ ಸುನಾಮಿ. ಆದರೆ, ಇದರ ನಡುವೆಯೇ ಬೇಸರದ ಸುದ್ದಿಯೊಂದು ಹೊರಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ. 

ಸಿನಿಮಾವನ್ನು ಮೊಬೈಲ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಹೋದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಈಗ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಶಾರದಾ ಚಿತ್ರಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಜನೀಪುತ್ರ ಸಿನಿಮಾವನ್ನು ಮೊಬೈಲ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಶೂಟ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆನಂದ್ ಎಂಬುವವನನ್ನು ಸಿಲ್ವರ್ ಜುಬ್ಲಿ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಅರೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ವಿಪರ್ಯಾಸವೆಂದರೆ, ಆನಂದ್ ಕೂಡಾ ಪುನೀತ್ ಅವರ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ. ತನ್ನ ಪತ್ನಿಗೆ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ತೋರಿಸಲು ಮೊಬೈಲ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶೂಟ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಮೊಬೈಲ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶೂಟ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಥಿಯೇಟರ್‍ನಿಂದಲೆ ಫೇಸ್‍ಬುಕ್ ಲೈವ್ ಕೊಡುವುದು ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಭರ್ಜರಿ, ಮಫ್ತಿ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಇಂಥಾದ್ದೊಂದು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಅಪ್ಪು ಸಿನಿಮಾಗೂ ಮತ್ತದೇ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಕಾಟ. ಸಿನಿಮಾವನ್ನು ಥಿಯೇಟರ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಅದರಿಂದ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದೇ ಹೊರತು, ಇಂಥ ಅಡ್ಡದಾರಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲ.

ಪೈರಸಿ ಅನ್ನೋದು ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗವನ್ನು ಕಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ದೆವ್ವ, ಭೂತ..ಏನಾದರೂ ಹೇಳಿ. ಅದರಿಂದ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಡೆತ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸತ್ಯ. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಅದು ಇನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಅದರ ಬಿಸಿ ತಟ್ಟಿರುವುದು ಧ್ರುವ ಸರ್ಜಾ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಸಿನಿಮಾಗೆ.

ಧಾರವಾಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಎಂಬ ಯುವಕ ಥಿಯೇಟರ್ ಹೊಕ್ಕಿದ್ದೇ ತಡ, ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಆರಂಭದಿಂದ ಫೇಸ್​ಬುಕ್​ ಲೈವ್ ಕೊಡಲು ಶುರುಮಾಡಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ರಾಜ್​ಸಾಗರ್ ಎಂಬ ಯುವಕನೂ ಫೇಸ್​ಬುಕ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಇದು ಸುದ್ದಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ಮಂಜು, ದೇವು ನಿಶಾಂತ್ ಗೌಡ ದ್ರುವ ದತ್ತ ಎಂಬ ಯುವಕರು ಫೇಸ್​ಬುಕ್​ ಲೈವ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ಧಾನೆ. ಇಷ್ಟು ದಿನ ಸಿಡಿ, ವೆಬ್​ಸೈಟ್​ಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಪೈರಸಿ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಇದು ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹೊಡೆತ.

ಯಾವ ಫೇಸ್​ಬುಕ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೋ..ಅದೇ ಫೇಸ್​ಬುಕ್​ನ ಲೈವ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿ ಈಗ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗವನ್ನೇ ಸುಡಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ಇಂದು ಧ್ರುವ ಸರ್ಜಾರ ಭರ್ಜರಿ..ನಾಳೆ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರದ್ದು..

ರಾಜಕುಮಾರ ಚಿತ್ರ ಶತದಿನೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಿಸಿ, ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗವನ್ನೇ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿಸಿದೆ ನಿಜ. ಆದರೆ, ಅದ್ಭುತ ಸಂದೇಶವೂ ಇರುವ ಪುನೀತ್ ರಾಜ್​ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೂ ಪೈರಸಿ ಕಾಟ ತಪ್ಪಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಮೊದಲು ಕೇಬಲ್ ಚಾನೆಲ್​ವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರ ಪ್ರಸಾರವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನಂತರ ಅದು ಸಿಡಿಗಳ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಖುದ್ದು ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್ ಗೌಡ ಅವರೇ ಪೈರಸಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಡಿದ್ದರು.

ಈ ಪೈರಸಿ ಕಾಟ ಈಗ ಫೇಸ್​ಬುಕ್​ಗೂ ಕಾಲಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಫೇಸ್​ಬುಕ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ಪೇಜ್​ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕುಮಾರ ಚಿತ್ರದ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಚಿತ್ರಲೋಕ.ಕಾಮ್, ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಪೈರಸಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಹಲವರಿಗೂ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹೋಗಿ, ಪೈರಸಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಮರವೇ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು.

ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಏಕೆ, ಸ್ವತಃ ಹೊಂಬಾಳೆ ಪ್ರೊಡಕ್ಷನ್ಸ್​ನ ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್ ಗೌಡ, 800ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಲಿಂಕ್​ಗಳನ್ನು ಡಿಲೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇಷ್ಟಿದ್ದರೂ ಪೈರಸಿ ನಿಂತಿಲ್ಲ. 

ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಸಿಕರಿಗೆ ಚಿತ್ರಲೋಕ.ಕಾಮ್ ಕೂಡಾ ಮಾಡುವ ಮನವಿ ಇಷ್ಟೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಪೈರಸಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕರೆ, ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರೆ, ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವರಿಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೊಡಿ. ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಟಿರುವ ಶನಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಪೈರಸಿ ನಿರ್ಮೂಲನೆಯಾಗಲೇ ಬೇಕು. ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಉಳಿವಿಗಾಗಿ ಅದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸೇವೆ ಎಂದರೂ ತಪ್ಪಿಲ್ಲ.

ಮೊನ್ನೆಯಷ್ಟೇ ಬಜಾರ್ ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡ ಪೈರಸಿ ಚೋರರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಂಪ್ಲೇಂಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಸೀತಾರಾಮ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ಸರದಿ. ನಿಖಿಲ್ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ರಚಿತಾ ರಾಮ್ ಅಭಿನಯದ, ಹರ್ಷ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಸಿನಿಮಾ, ಥಿಯೇಟರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಪೈರಸಿ ಚೋರರ ಕಾಟವೂ ಶುರುವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿಯೇ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕಿ ಅನಿತಾ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಬ್ಬನ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಪೈರಸಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಟಿ.ಎನ್. ಶಶಿಧರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ನ್ಯೂ ಮೂವೀಸ್ ಎಂಬ ಆನ್‍ಲೈನ್ ಚಾನೆಲ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾಪಿರೈಟ್ ಕಾಯಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಾಯಿದೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಸ್ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಶುರುವಾಗಿದೆ.
