After the success of 'Shivalinga', actor Shivarajakumar and director P Vasu has decided to work once more. The new film is likely to be titled as 'Robinhood'. Shivarajakumar was talking to few media persons on Monday afternoon and he himself confirmed that he will be doing another film with P Vasu.

'We have decided to do another film together and when we were discussing about the title, I suggested the name 'Robin Hood'. Vasu also liked the title very much' said Shivarajakumar.

As of now, it is not yet confirmed about when the film would start, as both are busy with their prior commitments.

Even before 'Killing Veerappan' is released, actor Shivarajakumar and director Ramgopal Verma is all set to do another film called 'South'. Though the content nor details about the new film is not available, sources say that after 'Killing Veerappan' is released, both Shivarajakumar and Ramgopal Verma may join hands for 'South'.

'Killing Veerappan' is all set to release on the 01st of January. The Kannada and Telugu versions will be releasing simultaneously and after that the Hindi version will be getting released.

Shivarajakumar already has his hands full with many new films post lockdown. Meanwhile, Shivarajakumar will be collaborating with director Sachin of 'Avane Srimannarayana' fame for a new super hero spy thriller.

Though not much details about the film have been divulged, the film is based on the mythological character of Ashwathamma from Mahabharatha. It is being that the saga of Ashwathamma will continue in the film.

The film is being produced by Pushkar Mallikarjunaiah under his Pushkar Films. The film is likely to be launched in 2021 and more details are yet awaited. 

Actors Shivarajakumar and Sudeep released the songs of 'Onthara Bannagalu' on Sunday evening at the Artistes Association building in Chamarajapet.

Shivarajakumar who watched the trailer and lyrical video of the film said that he is waiting to watch the film. 'The trailer and the songs looks promising and I want to see this film. I am also ready to promote the film' said Shivarajakumar.

'Onthara Bannagalu' stars Prathap Narayan, Kiran Srinivas, Sonu, Hitha Chandrashekhar and others. The film is written and directed by Sunil Bhima Rao. Manohar Joshi is the cameraman, while B J Bharath is the musician.

The songs of Harsha starrer 'Raghuveera' is all set to be released today evening at Town Hall in Bangalore. Shivarajakumar and Tamil actor Vishal will be coming over as chief guests and will be releasing the songs of the film.

'Raghuveera' is based on a real incident which happened few years ago. Based on the event, Surya Satish has written the screenplay, dialogues and lyrics apart from directing the film. The film is produced by Dhenu Achchappa.

Sadhu Kokila's brother Layendra has composed the music for the film.

Actor Shivarajakumar has announced full financial aid to his fan Jayakumar, who is suffering from Kidney failure.

Jayakumar who hails from Mysore, is a die-hard fan of the actor and had announced his desire to meet the actor. Shivarajakumar who is currently busy acting in 'Tagaru' had arranged a special ambulance and invited Jayakumar to Bangalore. Jayakumar along with his family had come to Bangalore on Wednesday and visited Shivarajakumar in the sets of 'Tagaru'.

Shivarajakumar who was very much moved with the condition of his fan announced full financial aid for his treatment.

Gurunandan's 'Missing Boy' might not be a big hit at the box-office. But the film is being appreciated from one and all. Recently, actor Shivarajakumar watched the film and has appreciated for the making and content of the film.

'Missing Boy' was released recently across Karnataka. Though the film got good reviews, collection wise the film has to improve. The film is directed by Raghuram and he has written the screenplay of the film based on a true incident narrated by a police officer.

Shivarajakumar starrer 'Tagaru' has completed 60 day run and is running successfully. Meanwhile, the film has been released in Muscat, Dubai and Sharjah.

'Tagaru' was released in Muscat on the 26th of April, and the film got simultaneously released in Dubai and Sharjah on the 27th of April. Actors Shivarajakumar and Dhananjay, producer K P Srikanth attended the premiere and watched the film along with Dubai Kannadigas.

'Tagaru' stars Shivarajakumar, Dhananjay, Vasishta Simha, Manvitha Harish, Bhavana Menon, Devaraj and others in prominent roles. 'Tagaru - Maiyyalla Pogaru' is being written and directed by Suri, while K P Srikanth is producing the film. Actor Shivarajakumar is busy shooting for 'Tagaru' in Hospet. Currently, the team is busy shooting for a song and Shivarajakumar along with others is participating the song shooting.

The shooting for Shivarajakumar starrer 'Tagaru' is almost complete and the team completed recently completed shooting in Udupi and Mangalore recently. The audio will be released in November and the film is likely to be released in the month of December.

Actor Shivarajakumar on Tuesday celebrated his 54th birthday with his family, fans and friends at his Nagavara residence in Bangalore. From Monday night itself,  the fans of the actor thronged his residence with cakes and gifts.  

This continued till midnight and from early morning itself,  the fans gathered around his residence to wish the actor.  In the social media also,  many celebrities and fans wished Shivarajakumar a happy birthday and a great year ahead.

Actor Shivarajakumar will be celebrating his birthday today (July 12). But there won't be any celebrations like previous years and the actor will be celebrating his birthday in a simple style song with his family members.

Shivarajakumar had requested his fans not to celebrate his birthday in a grand manner because of the threat of spread of coronavirus. Shivarajakumar had even appealed to his fans to wish him from wherever they are and not come personally to his residence to wish him for the birthday.

Off late, there was news that Shivarajakumar might act in the Kannada remake of Malayalam hit 'Oppam'. However, Shivarajakumar had not reacted to this news. Now Shivarajakumar has officially come on record saying that he will be acting in the remake.

'I watched the film and was highly impressed by it. It is a film, which is close to my heart. So, I decided to act in the remake version of it. I want to act in such films which are rare and close to my heart' said Shivarajkumar.

The film will be directed by a new comer and the film is expected to go on floors sometime this year.

Actor Shivarajakumar who was admitted to Mallya Hospital on Tuesday after he complained of pain in his right shoulder was discharged on Thursday morning around 11.30 AM. Shivarajakumar thanked the doctors and the hospital staff for taking care of him. He also thanked his family, fans and friends from the industry who wished him speedy recovery.

Shivarajakumar said that he is quite fine now will always be in action. 'I got a pain in my right shoulder when I was doing a workout in gym. Actually I was very much stressed because of shooting and my daughter's marriage. Doctors have advised me some rest and I will resume my work soon' said Shivarajakumar.

Actor Shivarajakumar says he his expecting a National award for 'Santheyalli Nintha Kabira' which was launched on the festival day of Ugadi recently. Shivarajakumar was speaking to a few media persons during the launch of 'Tyson' teaser held in Bangalore.

'Usually I don't expect any awards. I believe that my fans love is the real award and I have got a lot of awards from my fans. But this role in 'Santheyalli Nintha Kabira' is very challenging and I am trying to justify by putting in a lot of hard work and dedication. I have not made any special preparations for the role, but will be putting in a lot of hard work. This role is itself a new feel for me. I am indeed expecting a National award for the film' said Shivarajakumar.

Actor Shivarajakumar on Sunday got very emotional after seeing his brother Puneeth Rajakumar's new film 'Rajakumara'. Shivarajakumar said that Puneeth's acting reminded him of Dr Rajakumar's acting.

Shivarajakumar on Sunday saw 'Rajakumara' along with his family at the Orion Mall in Bangalore. Shivarajakumar was in tears after watching the film and said that the film haunted him very much and congratulated the team for their effort.

'Rajakumara' is being produced b Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films and being directed by Santhosh Anandram. Santhosh himself has written the story and the screenplay of the film. V Harikrishna is the music director, while Venkatesh Anguraj is the cameraman. The film has an ensemble star cast including Puneeth Rajakumar, Priya Anand, Sharath Kumar, Ananth Nag and others.

Actor Shivarajakumar was honoured with the prestigious 'Visionnaire' award in front of the Basavanna statute in London. Shivarajakumar's latest film 'Shivalinga' got released in London on the 19th of March and Shivarajakumar had gone there with his wife Geetha Shivarajakumar, daughter, son-in-law and others. Meanwhile, the Kannada Sangha decided to honour the Century Star during his visit.

Shivarajkumar starrer 'Bangara - S/O Bangarada Manushya' has successfully completed 30 days. To promote the film, Shivarajakumar on Tuesday visited theaters in Mysore, Mandya and Ramanagara.

Shivarajakumar visited the Lakshmi Theater in Mysore at 1.30 afternoon followed by visits to Mandya's Sanjaya theater and Ramanagara's Shaan theater at first show and second show respectively.

'Bangara - Son of Bangarada Manushya' stars Shivarajakumar, Vidya Pradeep, Sadhu Kokila, Chikkanna, Shivaram, Srinath, Srinivasamurthy, Sharath Lohitashwa and others. 'Bangara - Son of Bangarada Manushya' is being written and directed by Yogi, while Jayanna and Bhogendra are the producers.

Shivarajakumar's role in 'Leader' has been revealed and the senior actor plays the role of an Army officer in the film. Even Vijay Raghavendra and Gururaj Jaggesh are seen in army uniform and the shooting for the film is in progress in Kashmir.

'Leader' stars Shivarajakumar, Yogi, Vijay Raghavendra, Praneetha, Guru Jaggesh Parinitha Kitti, Praneetha, Ashika and Sharmila Mandre are playing prominent roles in the film. The film is being produced by Tarun Shivappa. Veer Samarth is the music director.

Shivarajakumar had announced that he will be acting in a new film directed by Vijay Milton. The film was launched on Thursday morning in Dodda Ganapathi Temple in Bangalore and the film has been titled as 'Shivappa'.

'Shivappa' marks Shivarajakumar's collaboration with Dhananjay after 'Tagaru'. Pruthvi Amber of 'Diya' will also be playing a prominent role in the film along with Shashikumar, Umashri and others. 

Shivarajkumar who is very much impressed by the story and screenplay of the film says that this film is a Vijay Milton film rather than a Shivarajakumar film. 'Why do you want to do a mistake, when you known its a mistake? The film revolves around this story line and Vijay has made a wonderful screenplay. I have a innocent rugged character in this film' says Shivarajakumar.

Anoop Seelin who has composed music for Shivarajakumar's 'Rustom' is composing the music, while Krishna Sarthak of 'Dayavittu Gamanisi' fame is the producer. The shooting for the film will start from November 23rd and will be completed by February.
