Well known anchor, who has also acted in films like 'Benkipatna', 'Ring Master' and others has got summons from the Mangalore CCB in drug case.

Recently, the CCB had arrested choreographer Kishore Shetty who is said to have revealed that anchor Anushree used to be a part of few of his parties. On the basis of his statement, the CCB has sent summons to Anushree.

However, Anushree denied any connections in the drug case. 'I have got summons in this case and as a responsible citizen of the country, it is my duty to appear before the CCB and tell my version. I have neither taken drugs in my life, nor have I gone to any parties organised by Kishore Shetty and Tharun. Yes, it was I who inaugurated Tharun's school and I have known Kishore through a reality show. Apart from that, I don't have any connection with them' said Anushree in a TV interview.

Another good Kannada movie has released today. Ring Master with Arun Sagar in the lead role is a special film for its different kind of narration and content. This is the first film in Kannada where a drug supplier is the protagonist! But the film has equal roles for four characters. Along with Arun Sagar, Anushree and Shwetha also excel in their roles.

The film takes a bold approach with regards to the story. Except for a couple of scenes, the entire film takes place inside an apartment. There are only four main characters. 

Three youngsters call a drug supplier to buy ganja. They are having a new year party at home. The drug supplier arrives and joins them in the party. He regales them with strange stories and peppy talk. After sometime the three youngsters realise that he is becoming a burden and may be dangerous. When they try to send him away after paying for the drugs, he turns against them. The three become hostage in their own apartment. The intention of the drug dealer seems to be to kill them. But what is their mistake? Why is he after them? Will they survive the new year party alive? For that you have to watch the film which is very scary entertainment. The film also has an A certificate because of the violence.

The film is also very strong on it a technical front. It is not easy to shoot a film entirely inside a flat. This is overcome by placing the camera in strange places. The camera man has done a fabulous job. The editing is sharp and keeps the pace of the film very swift. The background music is another hero. Ring Master is a very encouraging sign for Kannada films and if you are okay with some violence you should not miss it.

Arun Sagar's new film 'Ring Master' is all set to release on the 09th of October. The film is being directed by Vishruth Naik and produced by A J Manjunath, Narasimhamurthy, Basavaraj and Sathyanarayana.

`Ring Master' was launched earlier this year and the film was titled as 'Bhangiranga'. However, the team changed the title to 'Ring Master' as the new title is more justified for the film's story.

While Arun Sagar is seen in the title role, anchor Anushree who was also a co-participant in the first season of 'Big Boss' along with Arun Sagar is playing a prominent role along with Shrunga and Shwetha. Ravi Basrur who composed music for Murali's 'Ugram' is composing the music for this film, while Cinetech Soori is the cameraman.

Actor-director Ravichandran on Thursday night released the songs of Arun Sagar starrer 'Ringmaster' amidst much fanfare at the Bangalore International Hotel. Speaking after the launch, 'I have stopped coming to such functions off late. The reason I came here today is simply because of love and friendship. Based on seeing the songs and trailer, I can say that this will become a good film. Don't delay the release of the film' said Ravichandran.

Arun Sagar, Anushree, Shrunga, director Vishruth Nayak, producers Silk Manju, Basavaraj, Satyanarayan, music director Ravi Basrur and others were present at the occasion. The songs have been released through Anand Audio.

Uppu Huli Khara is a spicy treat by Imran Sardariya. The popular choreographer of Kannada is in his second film as director and he serves up a hearty wholesome meal which has 'uppu' 'huli' and 'khara' in the right proportions. The film is a complete entertainer which has all kinds of elements from romance, comedy, suspense and action. 

The film starts with a bank robbery. Devi, an ACP is brought to find the robbers. She gets a tip from an anonymous caller who tells where the three robbers are heading in a car. The cop, played by Malashri, arrests them easily. All the three say they are not part of the robbery and know nothing about it. Devi continues the investigation and checks each of their backgrounds. She realises that something is missing in their narration but is unable to pinpoint it. The local MLA puts pressure on her to complete the investigation at the earliest. A suspense drama starts from then on.The film goes through various twists and turns after that. How Devi manages to crack the problem forms the rest of the story. The three robbers and their girlfriends and families are caught in a struggle to prove their innocence. The film is nicely executed by Imran Sardariya.

Malashri as the cop brings in her tough image to the fore. She uses the north Karnataka accent in the film and it suits her well. Her character is very believable. Jayashree and Anushree get to play good roles as well. There are three main male leads played by choreographer Dhananjay, Shashi Devaraj and Sharath. The three manage to make a good impression in their roles. They have very contrasting characters which are brought together by circumstances. Overall Uppu Huli Khara is an entertaining film that will give you the best returns for your ticket money. 

ಅನುಶ್ರೀ, ಕಿರುತೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತಿನ ಮಲ್ಲಿ. ಟಿವಿ ಪರದೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ, ಪಟಾಕಿ ಸಿಡಿದಂತೆ ಸಿಡಿಯುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುವ ಚಿನಕುರುಳಿ. ಇಷ್ಟು ದಿನ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಎಂದರೆ ಪಟ್ ಪಟ್ ಪಟಾಕಿ ಹುಡುಗಿ ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದವರು, ಈಗ ರೋ.. ರೋ.. ರೋಮಿಯೋ ಹಾಡು ನೋಡಿ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಹಿಂಗೆಲ್ಲ ಕುಣಿತಾರಾ ಎಂದು ಮೂಗಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೆರಳಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಿರುತೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬ್ಯುಸಿ ಆಗಿರುವ ಅನುಶ್ರೀಗೆ, ಅವರ ಕ್ಯಾರೆಕ್ಟರ್‍ಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತ ಪಾತ್ರ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾರಂತೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಇಮ್ರಾನ್ ಸರ್ದಾರಿಯಾ. ಅದು ನಾಯಕನಿಗೆ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿ ತುಂಬುವ ಪಾತ್ರ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ. ಈ ಡ್ಯಾನ್ಸ್ ನೋಡಿದವರು, ತುಂಬಾ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಾಡಂತೂ ವೈರಲ್ ಆಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಖುಷಿಯಿಂದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂತಸ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ.

ಡಾರ್ಕ್ ಕಾಮಿಡಿ. ಏನು ಹಾಗಂದ್ರೆ ಅನ್ನೋ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಮೂಡೋದು ಸಹಜ. ನೀವು ಚಾಪ್ಲಿನ್, ಜಿಮ್ ಕ್ಯಾರಿ.. ಮೊದಲಾದವರ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತೆ. ಅಂದರೆ, ತೆರೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳು ಯಾವುದೋ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಒದ್ದಾಡುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಎಂಜಾಯ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಲಿವುಡ್ ಮಂದಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಹೆಸರು ಡಾರ್ಕ್ ಕಾಮಿಡಿ. ಕುರಿಗಳು, ಕೋತಿಗಳು ಸಿರೀಸ್ ಕೂಡಾ ಅದೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಸೇರುವಂಥವು. ಈಗ.. ಉಪ್ಪು ಹುಳಿ ಖಾರದ ಸರದಿ.

ಮೂವರು `ಶ್ರೀ'ಗಳನ್ನು (ಮಾಲಾಶ್ರೀ, ಅನುಶ್ರೀ & ಜಯಶ್ರೀ) ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೇ ಸೇರಿಸಿರುವ ಇಮ್ರಾನ್ ಸರ್ದಾರಿಯಾ, ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ರೆಡಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಹೊಸಬರ ಜೊತೆ. ರಮೇಶ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸ್ಯವೂ ಇದೆ, ಸಂದೇಶವೂ ಇದೆ.. ಮನರಂಜನೆಗಂತೂ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಸಾಲೆ ಸಖತ್ತಾಗಿರುತ್ತೆ ಅನ್ನೋ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರದ್ದು.

ಉಪ್ಪು ಹುಳಿ ಖಾರ ಚಿತ್ರದ ರೋ..ರೋ.. ರೋಮಿಯೋ ಹಾಡು ಸೂಪರ್ ಹಿಟ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಇಮ್ರಾನ್ ಸರ್ದಾರಿಯಾ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಹಾಡುಗಳು ಬೊಂಬಾಟ್ ಆಗಿ ಬಂದಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ, ರೋ ರೋ ರೋಮಿಯೋ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಹೀರೋಯಿನ್ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಹಾಕಿರೋ ಚಾಲೆಂಜ್​ಗೆ ಇಡೀ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗ ಕುಣಿದಿರುವುದು ವಿಶೇಷ.

ಅದು ಈಗ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಚಾಲೆಂಜ್ ಆಂತಾನೇ ಫೇಮಸ್ ಆಗಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ರೋ..ರೋ.. ರೋಮಿಯೋಗೆ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಹಾಕಿರುವ ಸ್ಟೆಪ್​ನ್ನು ನೀವು ಹಾಕಬಲ್ಲಿರಾ ಎಂಬ ಚಾಲೆಂಜ್​ಗೆ ಪುನೀತ್, ಸುದೀಪ್, ಪ್ರಿಯಾಮಣಿ, ಶೃತಿ ಹರಿಹರನ್,  ಮೇಘನಾ ಗಾಂವ್ಕರ್, ಲಿಟ್ಲ್ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಆದ್ಯಾ.. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಏಕೆ ಆಡಿಯೋ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ದಿನ ಸ್ವತಃ ಅಂಬರೀಷ್ ಕೂಡಾ ಚಾಲೆಂಜ್ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕಲಿತಿರುವ ಪುನೀತ್, ಶೃತಿ ಹರಿಹರನ್, ಪ್ರಿಯಾಮಣಿ...ಮೊದಲಾದವರು ಒಂದೇ ಸಲಕ್ಕೆ ಓಕೆ ಎನಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಾಡು ನೋಡಿದ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರು ರೋ..ರೋ.. ರೋಮಿಯೋ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ಧಾರೆ. ಉಪ್ಪು ಹುಳಿ ಖಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಸಾಲೆ ಜೋರಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಅಂದ್ರೇನೇ ನಗು. ಸಿನಿಮಾಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಟಿವಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳೋ ನಮ್ಮನೆ ಹುಡ್ಗಿ ಫೇಮ್‍ನ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಈಗ ಹೆದರಿಸೋಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಭಾಕರನ್ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಡೈರೆಕ್ಟರ್. ಮಮ್ಮಿ, ದೇವಕಿ  ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೆಸರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಲೋಹಿತ್ ಅವರ ಬಳಿ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರನ್ ಈಗ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 4 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಮತ್ತೆ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ವಾಪಸ್ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹಾರರ್ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರೆಕ್ಷಣವೂ ಬಿಡದೆ ನೋಡುವವಳು ನಾನು. ಅಂಥಾದ್ದರಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಹಾರರ್ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆಯೇ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು. ಕಥೆಯೂ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ. ನರೇಷನ್ ಕೂಡಾ ಹಿಡಿಸಿತು. ಖಂಡಿತಾ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರ ಭಯ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತೆ ಅಂತಾರೆ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ.

ದುಷ್ಟಶಕ್ತಿ,  ಆತ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸುವವರ ಕಥೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾರ್ಥಿಬನ್, ಪುನೀತ್ ಹೆಚ್. ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಲೋಹಿತ್ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್‍ನಲ್ಲೇ ಚಿತ್ರ ತಯಾರಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ನಗುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ.. ಮಾತಿನಲ್ಲಿ.. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಮನಗೆದ್ದ ಆ್ಯಂಕರ್ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಈಗ ಹೊಸ ಮನೆಗೆ ಶ್ರೀಕಾರ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜಯನಗರ ಹೌಸಿಂಗ್ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಲೇಔಟ್‍ನ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯಪುರಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಸೈಟ್ ಖರೀದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೊಸ ಮನೆ ಕಟ್ಟುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನೂ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಗೊಂದು ಸ್ವಂತ ಮನೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನನ್ನ ಕನಸು ಅನ್ನೋದನ್ನ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆ ಕನಸು ಈಗ ನನಸು ಮಾಡುವ ಹಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಪೂಜೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ.

ನಿರೂಪಕಿ ಈಗ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಆಂಕರ್. ವೃತ್ತಿ ಜೀವನ ಶುರುವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಟಿವಿ ಶೋಗಳಿಂದಲೇ. ಈಗ ಜೀಟಿವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಗಮಪ, ಡ್ಯಾನ್ಸ್ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಡ್ಯಾನ್ಸ್ ನಿರೂಪಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ, ಈಟಿವಿ ಕನ್ನಡ, ಕಸ್ತೂರಿ ಚಾನೆಲ್ಲುಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಚಿತ್ರನಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಡ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಆಗಿಯೂ ಹೆಸರು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಅನುಶ್ರೀ ಅವರ ಕನಸಿಗೆ ಶುಭವಾಗಲಿ.
