Nimishambha productions Chandrasekhar popularly known as Annaiah Chandru has expired today early morning. Chandru was admitted to Manipal hospital for Corona 23 days back and he could not survive even after the treatment. 

Chandru had produced Annaiah movie starring Puneeth Rajkumar, Ranna starring Sudeep, eno Ontara and other movies. He was also a well known distributors. Recently Chandru had announced a movie Starring with Upendra directed by Manju Mandovya.

Ranna producer Nimishambha Chandrashekar is in the news again. This time it is from the court order. Chandrashekar was supposed to pay Rs 25 lacs to Mahesh Kotari which he failed to repay.

Kotari had moved to court and has got the order  (Case no. 1942/2015) for the attachment of his property. Execution petition (EP) was filed by advocate K Raghunath

In the order it states the last inatallment of amount agreed to be paid by the Jdr was on 6/4/2015 and the award sought to be executed is withing two years and it is sought to b enforced against the accused who is now the JDR. in the present EP there is no need to issue cause notice of the EP since it is within two years from the date of Award, thereby it is orderred to issue warrant for attachment of movables of the Jdr. as detailed in the list of movables filed with EP. The issuance of warrant for attachment of movables of JDr. shall be striclty in compliance of section 60 of CPC
