Well known Bhojpuri actor Ravi Kishan is all set to make his debut in Kannada cinema with Sudeep starrer 'Hebbuli' which is all set to be launched in the first week of May. Sources say, he will be playing a negative role in the film which is being produced by Raghunath and Satyanarayan and directed by cinematographer turned director S Krishna.

'Hebbuli' marks the return of Sudeep and Ravichandran once again after 'Manikya'. The duo played father and son in 'Manikya' and this time they are sharing the screen once again. Amaa Paul has been selected as the heroine for the film. Apart from Ravichandran and Sudeep, Chikkanna, Ravishankar and others play prominent roles in the film.

S Krishna himself has written the story and screenplay of the film. Arjun Janya will be composing the music, while Karunakar is the cameraman. The shooting for the film will be held in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Iceland and other places.

The commencement of shooting for Sudeep's new film Hebbuli has been postponed by two weeks. The plan was to start shooting by mid February but it is now likely to start on March 7. Sudeep is expected to join shooting on March 7 and before that the team had planned to shoot some scenes with other actors.

Meanwhile Ravichandran is confirmed as playing Sudeep's brother in the film. Only his dates have to be adjusted for shooting after he accepted the role narration given by director S Krishna. Before Hebbuli, Sudeep will complete shooting for his portion in Oh My God remake with Upendra titled Krishna Nee Begane Baaro.

Sudeep starrer 'Hebbuli' which is being directed by cinematographer turned director S Krishna and produced by Raghunath and Satyanarayan is all set to be launched on the 18th of April. The regular shooting for the film will commence on the 25th of April.

As reported by Chitraloka first a month ago, Sudeep's new film's shooting has started with stunt master Kanal Kannan. The only change is that the shooting is taking place in Bengaluru instead of Chennai. The action sequence involves Sudeep and five other actors.

The entire fight sequence will be shot at night. Shooting started on Monday night in NICE Road and will go on till Sunday. Kannan has worked in Kannada films before including in films like Kadamba and Kichcha.

The teaser of Sudeep's new Kannada - Tamil bilingual film will be released on the actor's birthday on September 2. Frantic efforts were on on Saturday night to finalise the film's Kannada title. The title is fixed in Tamil but till Sunday morning the Kannada title was not finalised.

But sources said the teaser will be released without fail on September 2.

Most likely the title in Kannada will be the letter 'K' with a caption. The film directed by veteran Tamil director KS Ravi Kumar is also the launch of Sudeep in Tamil. He was earlier seen in Tamil in the Tamil version of Eega named Nani and in the upcoming Vijay film Puli as the antagonist. This will be his first direct film in lead role. Shooting of the film's currently underway in Bengaluru.

The shooting for the promo and first look of Sudeep's new film Hebbuli produced by SRV productions Raghunath will start on Monday. It will be a four-day schedule for the promo itself and special set has been erected at the Bhoot Bungalow shooting spot in Tavarekere. Art director Shivu is giving final touches to the set. The shooting for the film will start in January after Sudeep completes his film with KS Ravikumar. 

However there is a small problem for shooting the promo. Sudeep has not yet completed shooting for Ravikumar film. He has a special hairstyle for the film and for Hebbuli he has to change it. So the promo and first look shoot will be done in such a way as not to highlight the current style.
