Veteran actor Ananthnag on Saturday night released the songs and the trailer of 'Plus' amidst much fan fare. The film has been written and directed by Gadda Vijay who lastly directed 'Dyavre' and the songs of the film has been composed by Bharath B J.

The audio release was a well attended event and apart from Ananthnag, Yogaraj Bhatt, Veer Samarth, Chethan Chandra, Chethan Gandharva, Shalini, Shruthi Hariharan and others were present at the occasion. Bharath had organised a live orchestra and sang the songs of the film. The songs of the film was released through Pen drives.

The film is being presented by Yogaraj Movies and Yogaraj Bhatt said he is very much happy to present such a film from his film. 'Gadda Vijay has definitely written a good script and I am very happy to present such a film' said Yogaraj Bhatt.

After the debacle of two expected films Dyavre and Plus, director Gadda Viji is all set to make a comeback with a new film called Vaaji. Viji himself has scripted the film and the film will be officially launched on the 15th of August. 'Vaaji' is a story of a dog and the film revolves around a dog of that name.

It is an experimental film and Viji plans to tell the story in a commercial way. The film is being produced under the Karisubbu banner and many like minded people will be investing in this project.

The star cast is yet to be finalised and the technical team has been almost finalised. Guru Prashanth Rai, Madhav and Bhaskar Reddy will be in charge of the camera, while Veer Samarth is the music director

Director Gadda Viji is out of the tele-serial Vaarasdara. Sources said that the director of films like + and Dyavre who made his small screen debut with Vaarasdara was at the helm for only 20 episodes.

The reason for this development is not known but sources said that another director has taken over already. The serial is produced by Sudeep's Kichcha Creations and it is the first time the production house has ventured into making serials.

Kiccha Sudeep and Gadda Vijay are coming together for a new project. However, it is not a film. It is a new mega serial for Zee channel. The title and cast of the serial is not yet decided but shooting will commence shortly.

This is the first time Sudeep will be producing a TV serial though he has produced many films. This is also the first time Vijay is directing a TV serial.

Actor Sudeep who is also producing 'Varasdaara', a television serial for Zee Kannada, will be seen in the promo and recently he participated in the promo shoot of the serial. The promo shoot for the serial was recently held in Bangalore and Raghavendra Hunsur directed the promo. The promo will be aired soon.

'Varasdaara' is being directed by Gadda Vijay who had earlier directed films like 'Dyavre' and 'Plus'. Yajna Shetty and others play prominent roles in this serial.
