The trailer of 'Kempegowda 2' was released a couple of months ago and the trailer was a big hit. Now the audio of the film was released  on Tuesday. Telugu actor Ali, Jaggesh, Lahari Velu and others were present at the occasion.

'Kempegowda 2' is being directed by Shankar Gowda. Shankar had acted in many films earlier and this is his debut film as a director. Komal plays a rough and tough cop in the film, while cricketer Srishanth plays the antagonist in the film. Unlike Komal's previous films, 'Kempegowda 2' is not a comedy, but an out and out action thriller.

'Kempegowda 2' is complete and is ready for release. Rishika Sharma is the heroine. Yogi plays a prominent role in the film apart from Komal. The music is scored by Varun Unni.

ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೋಮಲ್ ಅವರು ದೇಹವನ್ನು ಹುರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದಪ್ಪಗೆ ಗುಂಡು ಗುಂಡಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕೋಮಲ್, ಖಡಕ್ ಆಫೀಸರ್ ಗೆಟಪ್‍ಗೆ ಫಿಟ್ ಆಗುವಂತೆ ಸ್ಲಿಮ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ಚಿತ್ರ ತಡವಾಯಿತು ಅನ್ನೋದು ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡದ ಮಾತು.

ಚಿತ್ರದ ಟ್ರೇಲರ್, ಹಾಡುಗಳ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೆ ಪ್ಲಾನ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡ, ಸಿನಿಮಾವನ್ನು ಮೇ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿದ್ಧಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ.

In a sign that the film is becoming a hit, 50 more screens are being added to Komal's new film Deal Raja that released last Friday. This week the film will be in around 140 screens up from 90 screens that it was initially released in.

It is a big achievement that the film will not lose even a single screen from the original 90 and will be adding new ones, almost all of them being single screens. The film had a very limited release in multiplexes and primarily depended on single screens.

This gamble has proved to be a blessing in disguise as the audience there have accepted the film big time. The film is now expected to break even in 2-3 weeks.

Komal's new film Deal Raja is an entertaining film that focuses on comedy just like any other of his films. Here the story has a unique feel. It is about a person who is popular as 'Deal Raja' because he is always on the lookout for opportunities to make money in someone else's business. Now he is not poking his nose in others' business but turning hopeless situations into opportunities. In the meanwhile there is a romance he has to deal with and a challenge to his 'business.' No need to guess that he will win in the end, but how he manages to do that while giving entertainment to the audience is what the film is about.

Since it is a comedy film there are loads of comedy stars in the film which includes Sadhu Kokila, Kuri Pratap, Tabala Nani and Mitra. There is also a strong backing of senior supporting artistes including Jai Jagadish, Avinash, Suman Ranganath and Suchendra Prasad. Bhanushree is the heroine of the film. The music is by Abhiman Roy and the songs are made well and are very colourful and adds to the entertainment value of Deal Raja.

The first half of the film moves very fast and one incident after the other evokes laughter. In the second half the film slows down a bit but is aided by the good songs that give relief. Then there are three twists to the story one after the other that comes as a surprise. The comedy stars are also introduced in a row and there is something to look forward to in each scene.

Komal has done a wonderful job. In many of the dialogues, we can identify his punch contribution. Like in one dialogue he is asked how he gained so much legal knowledge. He answers that he managed it by watching the TV serial Mukta Mukta! That is so typical of Komal. Deal Raja is also a typical Komal film. If you like his comedy sense and timing, you will like this film also.

Komal starrer 'Deal Raja' which is being directed by Rajgopi is all set to release on the 29th of July in Santhosh and other theaters across Karnataka. 'Deal Raja' is being produced under Meghdooth Movies by Murthy,  Ravindra Reddy, Suresh and Srikanth.

Kathe Chitrakathe Nirdeshana is a welcome break for the audience as well as Komal. The lively comedy and mild horror are perfect for the cold weather. The film is full of entertainment and nothing else matters. The year has started with a good film for Kannada audience. 

The film has a simple story but has a few strange twists and turns in the plot that keeps the audience engaged. Even the horror parts are laced with comedy and keeps the audience glued to the screen. Each character stands apart in content and also combine well with the story line. 

Komal arrives in Bengaluru to become a film director. But all producers he meets have their own ideas and not interested in his script. But when one producer shows interest strange things begin to happen in his life. Two ghosts start appearing in his flat and his real life becomes a film story. What is the connection between the producer and the ghosts forms the rest of the story. 

Komal, Ravishankar, Kuri Pratap and Sadhu Kokila excel in their roles. Priyamani is charming and adds glamour and class to the film. But there is more to her character than just glamour. This is one of the better comedy films in recent times. The jokes are clean without double meaning. Since the film is certified UA kids cannot watch it alone. Otherwise it is a perfect family film or one that will be great to watch with friends.

Actor Komal was assaulted by miscreants in Bangalore on Tuesday evening in Sriramapuram. The actor has sustained bruises and a case has been registered in the Malleshwaram Police Station.

Komal was on his way after picking up his daughter from a tutorial. Meanwhile, Vijay who was travelling by bike overtook his car in a rash manner. Komal and Vijay had an heated argument regarding this incident, after which the latter attacked Komal. Vijay not only hit Komal, but also called his accomplices for help. The onlookers complained to the police and the police rushed for help.

The police took Vijay and his accomplices to Malleshwaram police station and booked a complaint against him. Meanwhile, the actor sustained bruises on his face and body.

Actor-producer Komal who was last seen in 'Kempegowda 2' which was released two years back has battled Corona and is now out of danger. Jaggesh, brother of Komal himself confirmed this in a tweet on Tuesday afternoon.

Jaggesh revealed that Komal has been battling Corona for the past few days and has emerged victorious. Komal is slowly recuperating and his oxygen level is also back to normalcy.

Jaggesh shared a photo of Komal through his Twitter account and thanked the doctors who treated him.

The new film of Upendra, Kanneshwara has a new addition. Komal Kumar has been roped in to play a pivotal role in the film. Komal has been doing only lead roles in the last few years.

The role in Kanneshwara is very important and therefore Komal had no problem in accepting it, sources said. One more top actor is likely to become part of the film sources said. Ravichandran or Sarath Kumar could be joining the team. Shooting for the film started on Thursday.

Actor Komal's whose last release was 'Kempegowda 2' is all set to act in a new film called 'Kongka Pass'. The new venture will be directed by debutante Mohan.

One of the highlights is, Komal himself has written the story and screenplay of this film. Apart from scripting it, Komal will be producing the film through his Soundarya Lahari Combines banner. Komal plays an Army officer in this film. Kongka Pass is a mountain range in the Line of Control and the film is all about Indian Soldiers and their adventures.

Komal starrer 'Lodde' directed by Suresh Raj has been given an 'U/A' certificate by the Regional Board for Censor Certification. With the censor certificate in hand director Suresh Raj is planning to release the film in the end of July.

Well known Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh who is known for his negative roles in many films like 'Players', 'Johnny Gaddar' and others has been approached for a role in 'Kempegowda 2'.

'Kempegowda 2' was launched recently and Komal plays the hero in the film. The team is looking for a suitable villain and the team has approached Neil Nitin Mukesh to be a part of the project. Neil is excited about the project. However, all depends on his remuneration.

Komal plays the role of a cop in this film and the film is being directed by Roshan Mohan. Shankar Gowda and Shankar Reddy are the producers.
