Abhinaya Chakravarthy Kichcha Sudeepa, who is all set to battle it out with Salman Khan's Chulbul Pandey as Balli Singh in Dabangg 3, releasing worldwide on December 20, says that a Bollywood superhit film released 19 years ago is an important page in his life.
Answering to a question by one of his fans over twitter, Kichcha Sudeepa says, "If I ever do a film alongside Hrithik Roshan, it would be my wife who will report to the sets much before me. She is a huge fan of Hrithik, and because of it, I have watched Kaho Na Pyar Hai for more than ten times in theater. I had to watch it or my wife would have it watched it another person."
On a lighter note, he goes onto add that he along with his wife actually played an important role in the success of the film back then. He recollects how his wife would hold his hand, pinch him everytime she watched Hrithik Roshan dancing or fighting on the screen.
He further adds talking about the kind of dedication and efforts of Hrithik as an actor. On dubbing his own voice for his films including Hindi, Kichcha feels that even dubbing one's voice for the characters they play on screen is crucial in terms of performance, and he always insists on dubbing his own voice for all the characters he plays.
On Bollywood directors which he wishes to work with, Kichcha reveals that he likes the kind of film made by Hrishikesh Mukherjee which has an undercurrent message to it without being preachy. "I love the works of Rajkumar Hirani, who writes films with characters of a different kind which are a dream roles to play as an artist," he adds.
He even explains on choosing even non-commercial films, wherein he talks about films like Just Maath Maathalli and the forthcoming Phantom wherein he plays a special role while it has another hero and a heroine, made under his home banner.
On his next directorial, Kichcha says that it will go on the floor next year for which he has been working for over two years. And, on Billa Ranga Basha, he says that the ambitious project will take some time since there are couple of other projects in the line including Phantom.
