Top director of Kannada cinema Veteran comedy actor Rathnakar, popular film and television director T.N.Seetharam and character artiste Vaishali Kasaravalli are the four film personalities out of 127 personalities in various fields who have been crowned the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award for the year 2005. 
 
The deputy chief minister M.P.Prakash announced the list on Saturday afternoon.
 
In the journalism field Mr Vishveswara Bhat, Editor of Vijaya Karnataka is the youngest journalist to get the state honor.
