Power Star Puneet Raj Kumar's new film 'Vamshi' directed by Prakash is now being shot in Mysore now.

Vaibhavi who had acted in many Telugu films and also in Kannada films like Tata Birla and Beedhi Basava has been chosen as the heroine of this film. R.P.Patnayak is the music director of this film which will have K. Krishna Kumar as the cinematographer.

The shooting of this film started on May 2 and a fifteen day schedule has been planned in Mysore after which the unit is returning to Bangalore.
