Vinod Prabhakar's new film "Mari Tiger' produced by Ramesh Kashyap and directed by P.N.Sathya was launched on the Independence day at the Dooda Ganapathy Temple actress Raagini held the clap as Vinod Prabhakar and the film's heroine Teju faced the camera. Ajay Kumar who has been supportive to Ramesh Kashyap has written the story and screenplay of the film. Jai Anand is the cameraman, while the music is composed by Rock Ravi from Malaysia.
The press meet was organised in the afternoon as there was another media conference in Kanteerava Studios for the launch of Darshan and Jaggesh starrer "Agraja'.The film's hero Vino was not present as he had gone to his residence to adjust his new wig which was not done properly and he had to face some uneasiness wearing it. At the time the media went to the spot, he was in his residence getting it redone again. Since the entire press meet was over in a few minutes, even the exhausted press man did not want to wait to see the hero and get his feed back about the film.
Dierctor P.N.Sathya said that he is having the same level of enthusiasm now as he was having at the time of directing his debut movie "Majestick'. Darshan's father was a well known actor Toogudeepa Sreenivas, and now I have an opportunity to work with Vinod Prabhakar, son of one the most talented actors Prabhakar, said Sathya.
Teju who impressed so much with her performance in the film "Chingaari' is being paired with Vinod. "I play a homely character in the film' said Teju.
