Kindari Jogi Academy Inaugurated

Ms. Jayamala,  National award winning actress and former President of the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce inaugurated the Kindari Jogi Academy in Mysore on Sunday evening.   The Academy started by Journalist and culture enthuiast Ravindra Joshi has been working for developing talents  of performing artists through various tools like training and counselling.
Kindari Jogi has been organising summer camps in Mysore for the past few years and Jayamala had also inaugurated the Summer Camp three years ago.  Remembering the vairous activities of the Kindari Jogi, Ms. Jayamala who had come to the function along with her daughter Ms. Soundarya said that only  people with cultural bent of mind can think of starting such an organisation to identify and develop the talents of various performing artists.
Mr. Rajashekhara Koti, the Editor of hugely circulated newspaper from Mysore, Mandya, Kodagu and Chamarajanagar districts wished the Academy a big success.  He said that Joshi's deciswion to start a cultural academy in Mysore is laudable.
Actor Mandya Ramesh who is already running a famous drama troup "Natana' in Mysore said that Kindari Jogi will become a platform for many talented artists.
 Academy Chairman Ravindra Joshi gave a brief introduction about his academy.  Actress Ms. Soundarya Jayamala was also present in the occassion while Journalists  K.M.Veeresh and Udaya Marakkini wished Mr. Joshi on his new venture. Prof. Venkoba Rao and Mr. Ravi Ravindra Joshi were present.
